I ordered a stroller from this site that was shipped to a relative's home for later pickup for a big layette shipment (I live abroad and am entitled to a layette shipment with pregnancy). By the time I received it, it was more than 2 months after purchase. Since I live in an apartment, I chose not to build the stroller until right before the baby arrived. The stroller box happens to be covered with graphics, but does not include a picture or the name of the stroller on the outside (not Happy Mothers' fault). Long story short, I discovered that Happy Mothers sent me the wrong ($100 less expensive) stroller about 2.5 months after my order. Since all I wanted was to exchange the stroller for the correct one, I did not think it would be a big deal. However, the customer service manager said it was past the 30 day return window and that I should sell it on the local market and maybe he could give me a 10% discount for another stroller. He never backed down and was rude and confrontational to boot. He didn't care that they shipped the wrong item or that it was $100 cheaper than what I paid. I informed him I would challenge it with my credit card (I have and they are supportive) and he didn't care. As a past happy customer, I am surprised and disappointed. And while they have good prices, I cannot in good conscience ever purchase from them again.
