Watch out for this business abusive, deceptive, unfair business practice. They are sharks and dislike educated customers that ask though questions. After being the subject of continued bait and switch, I put my good faith deposit on 3/6/2012. I was expecting Isabel to put all that we agreed in writing. To my surprise I only received via e-mail a copy of the invoice flooded in errors and omissions: Middle name left out (potential problem with boarding the cruise), insurance was not even discussed by shown as declined. Dinner seating at 8:30 but never brought to my attention. Escalating the issues to the owner Beatriz Mompoint's attention to solve the matter was futile. Instead she chose the easy way out by cancelling my reservation (for three people) and returrning my deposit. But she never realized that by doing so, she was opening a legal issue and violating my consumer's rights. She overstepped her authority because as the exclusive travel agency of my niece's quinceanera cruise, I have no other option to participate in this once in a lifetime event.

Horrible unprofessional! So unorganized. Went for a 15's group. They finally convinced me to join them in Cozumel $60.00 pp no transportation. Everything in the resort was not working. They did not even have a table set up for us. When I told the HHT Staff they ignored. I came back & made a complaint to the owner still no response 3 months later. They go to this resort weekly wouldn't they note all activities are not working and the place is dirty. They new my party would be there wouldn't they ensure a table and chairs especially at $60pp the food also was disgusting, My sister has her 15's with Tania Travel 15 years ago much more professional organized and better quality. Names also wrong at cruise check in causing delays to board. These people do not care to pay attention to detail. Its all about grabbing the money.
