MyHandyKey I ordered two mini drones with chargers

It has been a month and I have heard nothing you charged my card $149.70 for two mini drones and chargers on 9/7/ 16 if I do not hear from you in a couple days I will make all the calls necessary to have you taken down and will not stop until the job is done I see this is an on going problem with you and i'm not the only one I don't know what kind of scam you are pulling or why you don't stop taking orders until you get your shipping in order please resolve this problem I will not stop until I get what I ordered or my money back.my email address [protected]@comcast.net

MyHandyKey Two mini-drowns

On 9/4/16, I made an online order directly to MyHandy360.com for two mini-drones at a charge of $109.00 charged directly and collected from my bank account. Last week I contacted them regarding the delay in delivery, within a few days I got back an email assuring me that my order would be sent soon, and then today I received an email telling me that because of PayPal, my monry is gone and I will not be receiving anything, and that in order to get a refund I needed to go to PayPal, my bank, or somebody else who I did not place an order for their product with. This email was from: [protected]@myhandy360.com, which read:
You are receiving this email because you made a recent order at our website, myhandy360.com.

"Regretfully, we will not be able to fulfil your order.

When you submitted your payment, including the money added to your order for shipping and handling, the funds were received by our merchant account provider, PayPal. Unfortunately, as of September 8th 2016, Paypal decided to close our account and restricted access to our funds. This means that while thousands of orders are packaged and ready to go, it is not possible for us to ship them.

Because of this restriction from PayPal, we are also unable to process any refunds. In order to receive a full refund for your purchase, we believe the most efficient course of action would be for you to submit a dispute or chargeback directly with PayPal, your Bank, Or Credit Card Issuer.

Ordered a pair of drones. Total was 109.00. After several requests for order updates, and responses similar to 'your order will be processed very soon'...I recieved this email...

Ordered the web advertised 2 dash cams for 69.95. After a month or so, sent an email wondering where it was. Finally received this email:

I called PayPal, they didn't say for sure that they had a paypal account, but said they would not have closed the account. They agreed it's probably a scam.

Purchased two on the 10 July. Paid $90 Aust. Nothing received. Contacted many time and called every thing under the sun. Said they would refund me but oh no, pay pal has closed there account and no longer deals with them and they cant pay me. I didn't paid thought pay pal. About time they were shut down and goaled. Have reported them

I managed to get a refund. I told them I had reported them to fair trading. They told me go back to my credit provider.i did and they' got me a refund

Something happened to me, Paypal closed there account again, if they are a good company you would think they would get things working with Paypal...maybe they just blame Paypal maybe scammers

You said refund requests are processed in order they are received. This tells me I could be waiting longer. So please tell me what number is my refund request is?

I am sick of your company using its processes to fob me off. My first email was sent to you in August and we are now at the end of September.

MyHandyKey Handy dash * Buy one get one free*

On the 11th of July I placed an order for Handy dash *buy one get on free* from a Facebook link.
Order summary#110331
Price including shipping US $69.85.
Return email states allow 15-20 working days for delivery.
Emailed on 28th August say we' paid for the handy cams but there had been no track and trace number follow up email yet and could they look into it for us. They replied on the 1st Sept.
" We apologise for the delay but there was high level of sales of the HandyCam and we have some supply delays. You will be notified soon of your delivery date. From [protected]@customer support
We then emailed again 2nd October.
To request a full refund for products they have been unable/unwilling to supply.
We have yet to have any response to this.

MyHandyKey Dash cams

Ordered this product in August never received it. Been asking for refund an getting the run around on that so now it's reporting them to my bank for fraud an PayPal so nobody else will get took. Do not order from these people. I have not seen anybody get their product, all has had to get refunded.

Ordered dash comers late July although I have sent emails requesting eta all I get is a reply that it will come - phoning my bank tommorrow and hoping. VISA will refund me- told them I would give themselves end sept but have heard nothing don't purchase from Handy Key!

MyHandyKey Mini drones

On August 28, 2016 I ordered 2 drones( buy one get one free). Was told they would ship 15-20 days from date of order. I been emailing them everyday since mid Septamber, getting nothing but basically the same automatic response. Product is being delayed and have not estimated time of delivery. They apologize but they will deliver as soon as possible.
This is total BS...now over a month later I am no closer to getting the product that they charged my credit card for on 8/28... Than I was then!

I have the exact same experience but luckily the transaction was through PayPal. I have noticed all the complains after I have made the payment so I have gone through the proper waiting shipment period, ask them why no delivery, (got the same too many orders reply), ask for refund and log issue with PayPal. Waited for the indicated vendor responded period and got the FULL money back yesterday. Hope everybody else will have the same outcome.

After making an order for the cam, I emailed them and asked did they have the rear vision camera too...they replied yes...and so they have debited my card the second time. I have been emailing them...the reply says they will get back to me but they never do! It is now over three months since they took this money from my card, and I have not received any goods. I have just emailed again asking for the goods, or for money to be refunded.

MyHandyKey iphone key chain charger BOGO free

On July 5th 2016 I purchased a iPhone key chain charger for 19.95 and it comes with another one free. Complained to customer service one month later and was replied over a week later that they are on back order. Waited another month and complained and I was told it was being package. Well it's now end of Sept. and last week I complained through paypal that I believe this company is a fraud. One week later I get an email from the company that it has been shipped and I will be getting tracking #. I did get a tracking # on Sept 28 and it's now 3 days later and no movement on the package. The tracking system states it's waiting for the package to be actually shipped from sender and process through USPS.

MyHandyKey 2 for dash camera in car ripped off

This is online order for new 2 dash camera I did order on sept 2 or Sept 6th 2016 they didnt respond to emails and when bring deleiver to my house now is Sept 24 th now three weeks and didnt respond to me when ? no being #[protected] I want money return to me and next time I am not interested it I think that s scam the files to publish them and not truth .

MyHandyKey No product delivery/no refund

I responded to an ad on tv for my hands key (but one and get the second free). I am 74 years old and should know there are all types of scams out there. I have been corresponding with these people since May, and I was told they did not expect the volume of requests and could not fill my order, but would credit my visa. In the months that have passed I had my visa compromised and it was cancelled and replaced. I will not give them my new visa number without a safe site provided to me. They keep telling me to contact my bank or Paypal in order to have this disputed. I have spoken to visa and checked my pay pal and no refund has been forthcoming. I have 22 emails from Margaux, costumer support and (myhandykey360 re 34407. Then they go on to say "my request 102482). The amount of purchase is $24.98.

Months ago I order buy one and receive another, key holder from my handy keys.com. I was told they had unexpected requests and could not fill my order. 22 emails back and forth to the customer support rep, Margaux, I keep getting the same answer, but no action. I feel I have been scammed. My visa was compromised and replaced and they tell me they sent the refund to it. I have spoken to visa, my bank and pay pal and nothing. MyHandy360 or My HandyKey 34407, are two numbers as well as my request 102482 as per email dated Sept 17/16. The amount is $24.98. I have given up asking as I keep receiving the same story. I have learned my lesson at 74 years old!

MyHandyKey Car cams

I ordered 2 Car Cams on 1 Aug 16, have not received them, can't find phone number for company, have tented them several times. On the replies they claim that the Cams are in great demand and back ordered and offered refund. I told them I wanted a refund and someone, claim to go by the name Clive has tented me back several time and told me he would put in for me to get a refund. Now I am not getting any replies at all or refund. I received a text today, saying they are reviewing my request, their support staff. Told me that before. They are Frauds and have taken my money.

Product never received. I would like my money back as soon as possible.

I have a confirmation email from merchant dated Aug. 5, 2016. About ten days ago, I sent an enquiry email to see if they lost my order. I have never heard back from them.

These products are apparently posted through Spotify. Excerpt from their email: "Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you."

Please let me know if I can provide any other data. Thanks for your help.

MyHandyKey Iphone charger

I placed an order on June 29, 2016 for a bogo free phone charger from My Handy Key for $49.85. To date (September 17, 2016) I have not received them nor have I received a refund. I have numerous emails to them. One states they are still processing my order; another one states 4-6 weeks for shipping is the worse case scenario; and the list of excuses goes on. I would like to know who is sending the messages to facebook about how awesome these products are. FB needs to research this company and not allow them to advertise on their site. This company is a scam operation and will only hurt legitimate companie's ability for the public to feel safe to purchase from. Please FB, help us out. You need to look at the reviews on this company. They are a scam company.

I ordered mine in June 2016 and I have emailed them and asked for refund over and over. Today 9-19-16, I FINALLY got mine! I do not recommend doing business with this company at all! They said it shipped, sent info to track it, and I couldn't track it and they couldn't tell me when it would arrive! Nothing except the charger in package! NOTHING!

MyHandyKey My handycam dashboard camera

I saw a link for this dashboard camera on my facebook feed. I ordered one june 21, 2016. I actually forgot because so much time had past. I sent email after email request my refund and i am yet to receive it to my visa card. Once a person responded and informed me that there was a back log. But it has to be a scam and i told thwm that i will report to the consumer board/ bbb. They are having issues after taking peoples money and never 1 communication from them. If tou dont contact them then your money is just gone in the wind or their bank account to be exact. This ia my first experience with such a unscrupulous company. For the last month they have not been responding to me personally. Just a remote response, that we receive your concern. Do not do business with these people this is a sham and a scam.

MyHandyKey Buy 1 get 1 free dash cam

On 7-21 I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free dash cam from my handy key VIA an ad I saw on Facebook. It is now 9-15-16 and I still have NOT received them. A message from the company stated they were overwhelmed with orders and to give 2 months. It is over 2 months and still no further message from the company or product. I want a FULL refund immediately to my account. According to my statement they took the money out the same day I ordered them. Unfortunately I do not have a order number. I also ordered the 2 dash cams back in July 2016 still no cameras they also told me due to be overwhelming orders to wait . But they wasted no time on taking the money out of my account $70 I'm a patient man but I think this is way to long the cameras will be out dated by the time they ship them

MyHandyKey No product, no refund

I am really upset about this company. I thought these handy keys looked so great. I ordered them, FOUR of them to give as gifts to my children and one for myself. They took the money out of my account on 7/25/2016. I have contacted them by email, there is no phone number, no answer. I contacted my bank and they told me to allow 4-6 weeks. I have done that and emailed them again. Still no answer! I think this is a scam! I'm very disgusted with this. I guess it is shame on me for answering and replying to the add.
