This company took my order and my money for 5 items for $167.00. About a month after placing the order with nothing sent to me I started asking where my order was. First they told me it was on the way and they sent me a shipping notice from UPS that told me nothing had shipped. They then sent me an email that one item was backordered. I responded that I would wait for the one item and then they said they don't have backorders just out of stock items. They credited me $45.00 for the one item. When I emailed again asking where the items were they responded that I was sent a shipping notice and it was on it's way (pertaining to the same shipping notice that still stated nothing was shipped). Then I recieved an email stating that one of the items was damaged and they credited my account for $27.00. I tried to say again I would wait for a new one with no reponse. It's now 5 weeks after placing the order with nothing. I tried to call the help number on the site and I was hung up on because I had placed on online order not a phone order. Since they don't have a direct mailbox I had to fill out my 5th complaint online form. I was told they had no information to deal with my questions. The order number didn't seem to mean anything to them. I sent an email detailing every item on the order and was told that I was credited what I was owed. I emailed again that I had not received any items at all and they still owed me $95.00. Ignored. When I threatened to take action with my bank and a lawyer they told me they don't like threats and basically told me to do whatever and once again said I was refunded what I was owed.

At this point I was comlpetely disgusted with this company. I just reponded that my bank would take care of it and it was obvious they had not bothered to even check if the items were ever shipped. That week they finally refunded my money (six weeks after placing the order) with no apology for the inconvience or for basically calling me a liar. I had to send a total of 11 emails. This company is a nightmare to deal with and pet owners should know.
