I placed an order on their website for a bag in September,2007. On the product page it claims "Item in stock. " "Ship next day". However, 4 days later, I've not received any confirmation about the item has been shipped or not. I went to their website, clicked on "order status", and was directed to a page with URL link to USPS and UPS website. How fake!

So I tried to call them, no body ever answered the phone for another 2 days. I called in the evening, afternoon ,and the evening..no one answers!

I decided to write email to ask about my order status. Quite under expectation-- no one replied. So I called my credit card company to cancel the transaction. I told my credit card company I never received the item and they never answered to my email or my call so I cannot pay for this transaction. Eventually I did not have to pay.

This is definitely not a trust worthy business. Please do not buy from them.
