HandBagCrew.com / Terrible business!
When i found the website handbagcrew.com i was impressed by their low prices on designer handbags. Once i saved up enough money to purchase one i ordered through their website right away. The handbag on the website said "in stock now" but 6 days later handbag crew emailed me the email said "unfortunately this item is no longer in stock" i was mad to read this but i thought i would try again with a different bag. 2 weeks after purchasing the 2nd bag from handbagcrew.com i emailed them asking when it should arrive, they emailed back the exact same email "unfortunately this item is no longer in stock". not i was very madbecause on the website both handbags said "in stock now". I Tried one more time to order a handbag from handbagcrew.com this time i emailed them first asking if it was in stock before i purchased it from the website, they emailed me back saying "yes this item is in stock, thanks" now i thought finally i can get a handbag from them! well, 3 weeks later i emailed them asking when i should expect my bag, they emailed me back 4 days later saying " unfortunately this handbag is no longer in stock". At this point i was furious! They told me the item was in stock when it was not, this had already happened twice before, and they only emailed me back when i emailed them weeks after ordering from their website and paying. Don't understand how they can run a business like this. What would have happened if i didn't email them asking about my item i purchased? would they just have kept the money? Thankfully i got a refund, but next time i am going somewhere else to buy a bag.
