Handbagcrew/Tod's Bag / Most Terrible Business Ever Met!!!
I was very surprised by their low prices as I first found this website "handbagcrew".
After I sent them several questions about shipping cost and bag's quality, they replied me very quickly with positive answers, I decided to purchase a Tod's Bag. The Tod's Bag which I chose is $460+$45 shipping cost, $505 in total(Tod's Handbag Corniche Wave Camel). I ordered that bag on 10.Aug and the company gave me a fake tracking number of USPS, so I couldn't find any result on website, I called USPS, they told me under that tracking number there is nothing!!! I emailed them day after day, there was no reply, I called their office everyday, also nobody picked up the phone! And my credit card was already debit from that company. On 21.Aug(11 days after I put the order), somebody from Handbagcrew emailed me back with:"Your bag must got lost in post office! We will send a new bag for you!"(Now I realized, they always use these tricks.) 25.Aug they gave me this time a real tracking number and 27.Aug I got the Tod's Bag I have been waiting for such a long time.
BUT!!! Shock was, that Tod's Bag was definitely an used bag with very obvious scratch!!! And I even doubt the authenticity of that "Tod's" bag. Then I found that the bag was from LA not their office in New Jersey!! This was also their tricks, buy the used or fake bag to to cheat customer.
I was sooo disappointed and felt cheated really bad!
I wrote the Email to ask for Refund, but till now there is nobody write me again...I know, I lost 500 bucks!! Make me really upset!! I should google that company before I purchase anything! I am in Australia I can do nothing to that ### company!
Just wanna post my experience to everybody, please be very careful with online shopping!
And never never never buy anything from the Handbagcrew!!! Don't be surprised with their price, cause that would be the FAKE or USED bag!!!
