Hanaa Titinchi / damaged bag

I had traveled from Cape Town to Basra on 30th August 2016 (EK779) from Cape Town and (EK947) to Basra.
The damaged baggage report file Ref BSREK 10179 My bag was damaged on arrival on 31th August at Basra International airport . I reported this to Emirates office at the Basra airport. The office informed me that they will contact me within the next 3 days. No one have contacted me yet so I called the emirates head office couple of times and they informed me that they will contact me soon but no one contact me.
As I traveled again and I need bag so I have to buy a new bag from Basra. on my arrival I contacted emirates customer service in South Africa and advised me to email you regarding this issue.
