Hall's Motorsports HondaHorrible customer service. Will not return phone calls, will not give you any information. Ignores yours incoming calls.

I had bought a 2013 yamaha majesty from honda of new orleans/ halls
motorsports 2428 williams blvd. Kenner, la 70062. [protected]. When i
finally was able to pick up the bike after waiting a long period of time for
then to put the seat rest on it, then i had two falls on the bike in the
parking lot next to the store with matt my salesperson watching. I decided
to trade the bike in. I spoke with the manager, keith. He said he would work
it out for me, he said he would get with service and parts for the cost and
to evaluate if i caused the damage or if it was a defect. Since then. It has
been constant not returning my phone calls. Never giving me information.
Today they ignored my calls from my cell phone letting it go straight to
voicemail. Then i called from my work phone, and a honda employee picked up
immediately!! really??? really? you ignoring my calls? horrible customer
service! when i did get with my salesperson matt, then he said he would
check on it, and have keith, the manager call me. Well!! nobody has
called me!! i guess they want me to file a class action lawsuit against
them. They have my bike that i am paying on! they wont give me a trade in
cost!! they wont give me my bike!! or tell me when it will be fixed!! i am
current on my payments!! have insurance on it, but no bike!! keith the
manager and matt, the salesperson have really let me down!! i thought both
were great people!! it is blatantly obvious that they are not and could
care less about me!! i know they are probably saying oh! screw ed!! forget
him, because that is how they are treating me. I want my bike or trade it!
and somebody call me to let me know something!! something! is that too much
to ask!! this place sucks!!
