Hallmark online customer "care"

Tried to join Hallmark eCard service but website went into endless loop while trying to complete payment. After second try I finally gave up and went to a competitor's site to fulfill my needs. After the fact I received an e-mail confirming confirmation of the payment I was unable to complete. I immediately notified Customer Care in writing that I now did not want to join because I had selected an alternative when the website failed to respond. I also asked them to cancel the one card I had been trying to send which also did not return an online confirmation. They refused and charged my card anyway. The customer service representative Aubrey S. seemed more interested in sparring with a customer instead of listening and acting.

Hallmark jewelry item missing from my purchase

I was in Amy's Hallmark Store #642, McHenry Illinois on Saturday, August 25, 2018 looking for housewarming gifts. I had found a bracelet in the clearance section that had a charm on it with a purple color rhinestone in it.

I'm at the counter and Erin is ringing up my purchase and wrapping my housewarming items, while Vicky is wrapping my bracelet, or so I thought.

I get my items home and unwrap the tissue paper that my bracelet is in and the charm is missing from the bracelet. This is a type of charm that does not come off the bracelet very easily. Vicky took the charm off of the bracelet and only wrapped the silver bracelet with nothing on it. I do feel it was intentional, as she always has some snide comment to say to me when I am in this store.

This store is a beautiful store and it's a shame to have it tainted with such a toxic individual.

I am filing a complaint on Vicky at store #642 for tampering with what I had purchased and making me make an extra trip into the store to find the charm is not in the store. It's terrible that I can't come home with what I thought I purchased. I would call that stealing on the employee's part, as she removed part of my bracelet. The store had to refund my money on Sunday, August 26, 2018.

I will talk with Erin, the store's manager, on Monday as well about Vicky's behavior.

Hallmark home and family show

First you fire Mark Steines. Bad move! The reason you give is that your going in a different direction. Well, so far, I am less than impressed by your new direction! You seem to favor Cameron Mathison who has co-hosted numerous times compared to the others you've had co-host. In my opinion, he's good in movies but not great as a co-host. You've also had a lot of repeats from June and early July ( mostly with Cameron Mathison). If you continue to have him as a co-host and run repeats I will stop watching the show all together. As it is I change the channel on the repeated shows which is about 50% of the time since Mark left. I used to love Hallmark but you are quickly loosing points in my book! I hope you have something better coming up in the fall or you will have lost me as a fan of Hallmark.

Hallmark programming available on all 3 hallmark channels

A few thoughts I would like to share with Hallmark executives:

I have always been a big Hallmark fan until the last 5 years or so. The programming has changed so much that I find my age group is often neglected and I am willing to bet that a very significant percentage of viewers who watch your 3 channels are actually women in their 50's and 60's.

The problem is most of the programming offered on your channels is actually geared towards women in their 30's (who really don't have time to watch) or in their 70's+(who are retired and bored). I love a pretty face as much as anyone and have appreciated the likes of Ryan Paevey, Wes Brown, Paul Greene, Jesse MetCalf, Candance Cameron- Bure', Lacey Chabert, Kellie Martin etc..., but Ugh.

Shows like Golden Girls and Diagnosis Murder are just fine for some but, I am not ready for convalescence just yet. I am a hard-working teacher, in my early 50's, divorced for a very long time with grown children, and have some free time on my hands. When I watch tv to escape my mundane lifestyle, I want to see shows and movies that I can actually relate to with more actors and actresses in their 50's and 60's.

I love Chesapeake Shores by the way-mostly because of Treat Williams and Barbara Niven. This is literally all you have for someone like me, aside from When Calls the Heart. With the exception of a very small handful of actors and actresses in their 50's who are actually working on your network like, Lori Laughlin, James Denton, Kevin Sorbo(to name a few), I am wondering what ever happened to people like Joe Penny, Dale Kidkiff, John Schneider, Jason Gedrick, Andy McDowell, Lea Thompson, Etc...? Are they all choosing not to take work on Hallmark or do those of you in charge of programming think they are no longer appealing to your audience? I can tell you for certain that a lot of women viewers, especially in my age bracket, want to see these actors and more like them in decent, relatable stories.

Coming from a viewer who has watched way too many hours of your programming over the years and contemplating jumping ship soon, it would be amazing to see more mature actors and more diverse cultures represented in your movies and shows. Totally under-represented.

Also, please let go of the "Christmas movies the entire month of July" thing. Ugh. Many xmas movies are just repeat story lines and lack heart and substance. Finding love in 10 days or less has been the overriding theme in most of the holiday movies the past few years. Ugh again. It may have worked the at one time, but now it is considered to be way too much of a good(really bad) thing. Quality over quantity always works best!

Viewers like me think it is time to refocus and change up a bit. Get more real.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hallmark hallmark tv

I love watching the Golden girls and Frasier on the Hallmark channel. My only complaint is that you play the same episodes all the time. I would love, as I'm sure many other viewers (my friends and colleagues) would love if you started with season 1/episode1 and go through them all! These great shows were on for years and still make me laugh out loud. I would appreciate it if you consideted my request. It will be totally appreciated. Thanks

I love Hallmark but I really miss my afternoon shows. The Christmas movies are fine but please it is July. Maybe you could leave the Christmas shows for the weekend and show our regular scheduled shows during the week. We already have Christmas movies for 2 months at the holiday season. I love watching Last Man Standing, The Middle and Golden Girls. Now I have to miss them in July too. So sad.

Hallmark christmas movies

I like the Christmas movies that Hallmark be showing but I have one question to ask why do you never have a black family a Hispanic family why do you not think they do not have Christmas put some black people and some Hispanic people and some of the movies make a movie about a black family or Hispanic family thank you hallmark
The world is changing and people of color should be noticed in some of these Christmas movies the children only see white people when you do have a black person on his first Hispanic person in the movies they're the maze there are the maid or the secretary the story never surrounds the family of these colored peoples and I just think they should be a movie or one of the Christmas movie should just be totally about these family of cover sometimes thank you again

Hallmark deceptive product description

date received 06/21/2018
date contacted customer service 06/21/2018
The blank card stock on the website as well as the boxes received were indicated to be "85 pound stock" The cards I received were not near 85 pound stock. They appeared to be not much thicker than a sheet of copy paper. They were not near as heavy as I have purchased previously from Hallmark. I was completely dissatisfied and requested a refund. I was told to return them to Hallmark. USPS charged $19.60 for the return postage. When I contacted Hallmark Customer Service their email said "While Card Studio uses Hallmark images, it is not a Hallmark product." The Hallmark website say clearly it is a genuine Hallmark product.
I paid $37.99 or deceptive merchandise and $19.60 for return postage.

Hallmark movies

I love the Hallmark Channel movies and many of the shows that are highlighted. However as an African American female I don't feel that myself and community are represented. Love of family, wholesome fun, healthy relationships, healthy marriages all the great things and more that Hallmark represents under-represents people of color. It would be great if everyone who makes up every community usa had the chance to see themselves represented in a positive way. Thanks

Hallmark psych

Where is Diagnosis Murder! This morning Psych was on instead of Diagnosis Murder. It comes on every weekday morning three in a row! Everyone is tired of Psych and Monk! My favorite show is Diagnosis Murder and this morning it is still on the cable schedule! Your channel has really gone down hill! Diagnosis Murder use to come on four times a day and then stopped and came back to three. Please emotive your morning and daytime lineup. There use to be daytime movies and everyone enjoyed them! I like Matlock but not as much as Diagnosis Murder! Please fix it! I've wrote about this so much but didn't do much good! I like Hallmark Movies And Mysteries but a lot people complain about the same things!

You shouldn't say "everyone" when you mean just you. Diagnosis Murder sucks. If enough people were watching it, it would be on more.

Hallmark mother’s day card

After spending almost 6 dollars for a card for my daughter in law on her first mother's day, I filled it out and read it again then noticed a major grammatical error on the authors part ! I don't have time to go purchase another card as I have to send it off. I would expect more from the editors of hallmark! I am a teacher and mortified that I have to settle for sending the card with an apology for not seeing the error at the store! I would like a full refund!

It's one small verb. Big deal. Teachers like you get on my nerves. Your probably an English Teacher from the looks of you flipping out over a little card.

And $6.00? What are you, cheap?

Hallmark aroura teegarden movies

These movies were really good up until the last one Reap What You Sew. Change in cast really spoils the movie. Martin Bartell leaving is the worst! That was a real mistake. John is gone and Arthur's wife was missing because they said she was home pregnant but her first child she worked until it was born. Cast changes are a real mistake!
Also morning shows have stopped having as many Diagnosis Murder. Colombo is getting old. Monk all afternoon and Psych are horrible. What happened to evening movies!
Now you put Old Murder She Wrote instead. It's on almost all night. Please make some changes for the good!

Hallmark hallmark channels

I subscribe to three Hallmark channels through Sling TV. What happened to movie content, and why are the channels now stuffed with old TV shows, cooking and lifestyle? There's plenty of this stuff available through other channels. I'm really disillusioned. Are you trying to push me to your new Hallmark Movie channel? If so, shame on you! I already pay extra to Sling for the Hallmark channels I have.

I used to look forward to Hallmark Movies and Mysteries on evenings and weekends--but no more. If you run Monk or Psych much of the day during the week, why why WHY would you do it again and call it a "Marathon" on Saturday or Sunday? Boringboringboringboring! Please-- use your wondrous Mystery Women series, Murder She Baked, Garage Sale Mysteries (the best of the bunch...), Aurora Teagarden, Hailey Dean, and the two newer ones with Jewel and the Fixer-Upper productions. I just immediately flip to Animal Planet or turn the TV off altogether if I'm offered Monk or Psych or Matlock--that last one is WAY too old, dated, as is Hart to Hart. Yikes--I was a young mom with toddlers when those were made. Now as a grandmother with teen grandchildren, I feel Matlock, Mason, Hart to Hart, even Diagnosis Murder are just too "vintage." On the other hand, I never ever tire of Murder She Wrote. Go figure. Maybe because Angela Lansbury and the ensemble cast gathered for every show were of just such high quality, even the early ones. Charming, clever, and fun. Not so much with grumpy Ben Matlock. He wears me out.

Hallmark a hallmark birthday card

I bought an expensive musical card for my daughter's 16th birthday. It worked in the store...on my daughter's birthday, she opened the card and...No lights, no music. I paid almost $8 for a musical card that lit up, and all she got to see was a plain card. No point in taking it back to the store at this point. The moment has been ruined...very disappointed with hallmark...

Hallmark movies

I, along with numerous people I know, are extremely disappointed that you have decided to remove the weekday afternoon movies with a show, such as Full House. I can watch those shows any time on Hulu or Netflix. I always tune to your channel at 2pm every day and was greatly disappointed today. I hope this is temporary and you bring back the weekday movies!

I second that opinion! I know it may be an effective way to sorta kinda coerce people into subscribing to the new channel, but it's not exactly a decision made by a female exec, I'm pretty sure. That decision would consider viewer loyalty and bring down the hammer juuuuuust a little lighter.

Also --I don't know about anybody else, but-- I am in serious Murder, She Baked withdrawal. 8-P If Alison and/or Cameron or any of the other stellar cast members who have intricately brought the characters to life are too busy to film right now, then please at least let us know. Give us some hope here, Hallmark. You can't show Hannah & Mike getting engaged and then just STOP. No. I can't deal.

Hallmark program scheduling

I was so happy when you began airing movies in the afternoon. Now the schedule has been changed to sitcoms. BRING BACK THE MOVIES! I'm a dental hygienist and my patients love watching the afternoon movies. I subscribed to Hallmark Movies and Mysteries to watch"Murder She Baked", " Signed Sealed Delivered" and other series and all that is aired is older television series. WE WANT MOVIES! Not hours on hours of sitcoms.

Hallmark psych and monk

Terrible choice to add and essentially take over the weekday afternoons with these shows(monk and psych) Not that they are bad I just don't think they fit with the demographic that faithfully watches hallmark movies and mysteries. I understand you might want a younger demographic, but you can see these kinds of shows on many, many other channels. Can't there just be something for us? Your sponsors are totally targeted at the 40-90 age group but your shows aren't now. Why on earth would you replace Diagnosis Murder with Monk? The former schedule was perfect! It was my happy, peaceful place, now I have to change the channel and try to find something I enjoy which is nearly impossible. Im sooo disappointed. Love the Golden Girls, love Murder she wrote, etc. What about Charlie's Angels, Rockford Files, shows like that? And Full House and The Middle? I don't get it! Full House is on other channels probably at the same time. I find myself watching cozi tv more and more. Too bad Hallmark, you had me at Diagnosis Murder! Please listen to us!

Hallmark hallmark now

I just moved to a townhouse that supplies basic cable. Hallmark Channels are not included. In order to get the Hallmark Channel I would need to double the price of my cable bill to get 75 channels I don't want. So I bought roku and added Hallmark Now. What a major disappointment. Cable package viewers see everything. I'm now paying for OLD movies, OLD TV series, OLD everything! Why? If I'm willing to pay for your channel(s) why should I get inferior programming? Where are the mysteries? The Valentine movies? It's February and I've got lots of Christmas movies and nothing current. Can't believe what a poor channel this turned out to be.

Couldn’t agree more. Sooo frustrated with a PAID Hallmark Now app. Old movies. Old series. Can’t get ANY movies and mysteries series. None. Unless I want to pay more on amazon prime. What a waste. Will be canceling. Not worth it. Sooo disappointed. Just put on all series. Not just a few old ones.

Hallmark commercial

Today at approximately 11:35 a.m. Central Time, you ran a commercial for a rated-R movie where the commercial shows an undressed woman, or at least the illusion of a naked woman. Really? I thought you were a family channel. This is so disappointing. I really am shocked. The reason your ratings have been so high, has been because of your family-centered programming. I cannot believe you dropped your standards for this commercial. I am convinced, if this continues, that your ratings will drop. I hope you will reconsider and remove that commercial.
Thank you.
