Habib Abisaad was introduced to me as a representative working on behalf of certain Saudi nationals to make investments on their behalf in the US. The business opportunities presented were across the spectrum - Hospitals, Medical Equipment, Wind Turbines. Steel, Power Barges, Ethanol, Cement, Insurance to name a few. He always appeared to be very busy taking calls from Sheikhs, Prime Ministers and people in power.
I wish I had done some basic checking on Google. I lost all my savings, my house and my sanity. This man has tricked so many people. Do not listen to his lies or tall stories. He is a thief only after your money. You will never get your money back ... or even a call returned. Wonder why the FBI hasn't caught him as yet.
Life is short, but I truly believe what goes around, comes around.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

That is so scary! I was married with 2 children. My husband and I met him when I was about 31 and I believe he was 26ish. He had a Mercedes or a BMW and I was so impressed because he was wearing SCRUBS and was in Harvard Medical School! He told me about his wealthy family in Lebanon living in a sprawling 100 room mansion with marble everywhere! My marriage was bad and Habib was trying to start an affair. I was TEMPTED but didnt believe in cheating at all. I am floored right now. Why isn't he in jail and why can I NOT find a pic to make sure it's him? Email me? Please! MarLen55@gmail.com

Habib Abi Saad ruined many people lives, ruining them till death, he is a crook and a criminal and must be sentenced to life imprisonment. There is a trial against him in Massachussets. The newspaper UT San Diego carried a detailed investigation on a land scam engineered by Abisaad wherein he tried to sell 760, 000 acres of land owned by the federal government on behalf of a company he claimed was a “Saudi Arabian entity” with links to the Saudi royal family.

His other common scams involve cement consortiums and medical hospitals/equipment companies.
Be careful of this individual Habib Abisaad.
He has been involved in very dubious/suspicious financial transactions since a long time.
The Anti-Money laundering Report published by the inter-governmental body Financial Action Task Force (http://www.fatf-gafi.org/), details wire transfers from Habib Abisaad for export of nuclear equipment without a license to Cyprus and Iran. His business partner was indicted and convicted.
