H-E-B jowanna licole parks

She is on HEB clock calling and playing on my phone. She works at HEB in Beaumont tx on college street. She always calling when she gets high on marijuana. She is at work now texting my phone. I sent pictures of her smoking marijuana. Being under the influence of drugs can cause problems at the work place. Other customers has also said miss parks looks like she is under the influence of alcohol.

H-E-B heb partner/employee

I went to the HEB at 12125 Alamo Ranch Pkwy on 4/15/19 at 7:12pm. I went through Ryan D.'s line with 13 items. I purchased 4 bottled drinks and the rest were different types of chips. He bagged my drinks and all of the chips were just sitting there. It did not appear that he was going to bag the chips so I asked my daughter to bag them. I asked him do you not bag chips and his response was, "yeah, I'll bag them once your receipt comes out." I said that doesn't make sense as he watched my daughter bag the rest of my things. He was distracted by another female employee. They carried on a conversation and I asked him what is your name. He was wearing his badge at his waist. So he flashed at me like, it's right here. I said perhaps if you weren't so distracted, you would be able to concentrate on bagging my groceries, and he said, "maybe." That was surprising so I said you know what I'm going to talk to your manager and he said, "Go for it!". I have never seen such disrespect from an employee. This truly was disappointing and will never go there again. I did walk over to a Manager, said she would take care of it but not sure she was engaged. I hope that he is reminded that he is not at home and he should not disrespect the customer whom makes it a choice to stop there. This was a terrible experience, not to mention embarrassing. I had several customers behind me.

H-E-B floral shop

I ordered online 36 balloons for a birthday party, had my paid receipt and time to pick up which I was there right on time.
Went to pick up and no one was in floral dept because they were already gone for the day.
A cashier helped me find someone to help me and that person said he did not see the order
and could not help me.
I asked for Manager and she looked at receipt and tried to give me a refund and could not because I needed my card and I did not have it so now I have to go back to the store
to get a refund but the fact is I did not have any balloons for a big surprise party at a restaurant across the street. I made sure everyone was well aware how HEB dropped the bomb then all the stories started to surface how HEB forgot their graduation cake, etc.
There was a person ahead of me at the cashier as I was waiting for Manager complaining about another incidence as well about something else?
Trader Joes is coming soon on 290 in Dripping Springs.
I will never trust HEB again!

H-E-B restrooms and management

Hello, my name is jeanette rodriguez on april 5 2019 i went to this heb because i do love all heb i never in my life would of expected what me and my 4year grand daughter went thru well i think the trama was more her i was buying my groceries was in line they were ringing up my stuff when my grand daughter says grandma i have to use the restroom and i said ok let grandma finish paying can you hold in she said yes so as we were going to restrooms there was a line it was for handicap restroom the other ones were close for construction so i didnt know what to do then a employee told me there is porta pottys out side so i rushed out the door when i went out side these 2 porta pottys were in a big cage locked omg i nearly cryied my grand daughter was crying saying grandma i cant hold it so here iam pushing my groceries and her crying then i went knocking on the door for deliveries and pick up yelling at them asking them to let her use restroom when she just urinated all over her self i ask for the manager and he said we our under construction and said you see that trailer in the parking lot thats our restrooms and i said how are your coustomers suppose to know thats a restroom there is no sign saying restrooms facing the store it looked like a office for the construction the restroom entrance with the sign is facing parking lot so if you walk out of heb there is no sign i have never never been in this situation my grand daughter was horrified that her shoes were ruined and was crying saying grandma i have no cloth in car to change i live in north i had to run to dede store to buy her shoes and pants and under pants for this the manager act like he didnt even care at all i will never walk in this heb again

H-E-B billing

I was charged twice on Jan 27, 2019. I called the # that the store manager gave me to get a refund. The First Lady that helped me said that she applied the refund and I will get my money back in 5-7 days. I called a week and a half later because I haven't got my refund and the next lady named Mari said they never issued a refund. So she said she will give me my refund and it will take 5-7 business days. Now, 2 weeks later and still no refund. What the hell?

H-E-B heb extra lean ground beef and produce

I've purchased this product three time in the last month and each time I've used it within a day or two of purchase. Problem is whenever I open it there's a very thin outside layer of nice and healthy looking hamburger meat; however, underneath that layer is all brown meat. If they're rewrapping expired brown meat in a layer of fresh red hamburger meat, isn't that illegal?

Produce is also getting pretty iffy... there was a whole bin full of yellow onions that had been frozen, so they were all brown and mushy. They shouldn't have even been on the shelf.

H-E-B customer care and response time

On 2/7/19 approximately at 7:38 pm I called to speak to the pharmacist. Mind you it took 14 minutes for pharmacist to answer my call, which I understand she was probably with a customer. Her name was Gina. When pharmacist came on the phone I began to explain to pharmacist that I had recently picked up a prescription for Clonidine 0.3mg which I take TID. I further began to explain that I understand that HEB may use other manufactures since the RX I picked up had pills that were different and shape and color. I also explained that I am a nurse and well familiar that in some cases that different manufactures but same medication have made a difference. I also explained that I found after taking the new Clonidine (white oval) my Blood Pressure was running very high 186/111, 167/107, 170/104 and I did this for 5 days. I could not understand why if nothing had changed. So I decided that I would taken the previous Clonidine (round peach) which I had a few of and I found that my Blood Pressure was running back to normal. What most infuriated me was the pharmacists response, "unfortunately we have no control what manufacture HEB uses, we just dispense what's available". So, I said that's it too bad deal with it? Are you serious I told her? Don't you understand I'm a nurse and able to advocate for my self and family but what about the others who don't know end up with a stroke and the problem is the meds. Because at the hospital or to the family there was no change, because patent is on the same meds. So, Gina then stated she would get me some of my previous clonidine (round peach) and that someone would call me to go pick them up. I asked her someone or the automated call and she said no someone from here. I asked her when I should be expecting the call due to I only had a few to hold me down and she said ASAP. Well today is Wednesday and still no call automated or voice call. What was more upsetting was she was not sympathetic at all with my issue. And my Blood Pressure continues high.

H-E-B heb organics - honey & oats crunch cereal

I found what seems to be 2 small small pieces of glass? (orange in color) in my cereal. After spitting it out not knowing what it was, I attempted to break it with pair of scissors, and I couldn't even make a mark on it.
I figured heb might want to know about this, as I imagine this can't be the only trace of this substance in this particular product. And I feel like a refund or replacement would be the least heb could do.

H-E-B bad gas

I filled up with gas two days ago and after that the engine light came on and my car started running rough, I took it to the dealership and they found that my gas was mixed with diesel. I am not the first person that has had to bring there car to the dealership because they put gas in from H.E.B. I have a sample of the gas that was in my car and it is green. I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE IN THIS TOWN KNOW NOT TO GET GAS FROM HERE. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.

H-E-B how I was treated when I bought something

I have been treated like a thief..A person has stood in my back watching every item i out in the bag..I felt harassed .. and I have not been allowed to use self service without any reason till i asked to talk with manager . The person is called kenyon or something like that. This is how you treat customers? I have never at any store treated like this! Its beyond outrageous
It happened around 11 am on Jan 13. Just because I wear light clothes not smart clothes its not allowed to be treated like this. I am thinking to follow up in court because I have been humiliated in this manner!

H-E-B service

Visited 696 hutto gattis tschool road 1-10-2019 at 2:34 pm store was not crowded.
During my visit your curbside shopper dennis so he said was his name almost hit my with his cart. Unapologetic and very rude totally unconcerned even after I asked him if he saw me. This is my heb and I am very disappointed at how I was treated.
I've worked for heb befoyre and it was all about being courteous and friendly customers, co-workers, vendors or who ever.
I understand he has a job to do but we all do and we can still be courteous to our customers that choose to spend their money in our stores.

H-E-B driver littered

On Wednesday, December 5th, around 10 a.m. I was driving north on highway 36 just below US 79 and saw an HEB truck toss a large styrofoam cup out the window. Trailer number 4953. Photo attached.

I understand that my email is too short to "get noticed". Really? You want people to drone on? I think the above paragraph is clear. You need to let the driver know that littering is against the law. Next time I will just let the police handle it. Is this now long wmenoght to get noticed?!

H-E-B lack of cashiers

Ive been a customer at heb for over 20+ years n these last couple years the lines keep getting bigger and the registers open tend to keep getting smaller.
I've had to leave up to two carts full of groceries this year because they refused to open another register. When you ask if they will open another register they just give you attitude and don't even apologize for the inconvenience..😡 so disrespectful. I just leave everything and go spend my money at walmart well at least i'll get treated with respect. Why do they hire people who do not have good customer service? I was already upset that there was only one register open but then to ad fuel to the fire I got a heb customer giving me attitude? Only made me feel worse.. I ended up spending $300 at walmart that I could of spent at heb if it wasn't for a sour employee that represents heb. Every week $300 builds up an a year. Now walmart will have it. No one caress at heb anymore. : (we are just a number.
It's not that friendly neighborhood grocery store I use to know anymore.. It saddens me.

H-E-B customers that are paying with wic and coupons

On store in San juan Texas 78589. On Nov 19th Reg 14 . The employee rung up a customer on The Wic program everything together incuding cupons that the customer handed to the cashier. Once the manager came and talk to the costumer that her coupons and the wic can't be included together the associate had to return everthing and re-ring her up all over again. When there was no line on the 15 item line that they could of just take her over. It's not fair for the person behind to be waiting for 30min just because the employees and supervisor aren't train to ask ever single client before transaction what different tenders they are going to be using. So the employees already is aware to ring up several traslnsactions for that one client. I did ask to talk to a supervisor which I did and I was about to leave everthing there a purchase of more than$200 And walk out. My whole family goes to these HEB but with the experience I just had we will think of going back. I hope HEB take these in consideration and retain well there supervisors as there employees. Yes my name is Dennis Wayne Morris II I applied for a bagging jobs part time at your HEB over here in League City they turn me down because of my past I had a DWI and one assault years and years ago why does your company punish people when they already did their time to society for the past 4 years I have been in Alcoholics Anonymous sober and clean I thought y'all was a family business families forgive peopleif I'm not good enough to work for y'all well then I'm not good enough to shop in your store anymore so I will delete your app and all the above and all my money will go somewhere else thank you for your time

H-E-B rodnee from return service

This morning I went to return some food and as I'm getting service Rodnee decided to ask me for my last name, which I found very rude, as he WAS HOLDING my license. There is NO REASON that he should EVER do this being it's completely inappropriate! Even the lady in front of me earlier looked displeased with his attitude and service. I truly feel his work shouldn't be allowed at Lakeway HEB because it brigs down their business. I hope that that never happens again and that I won't have to see him again.

H-E-B debit card usage

Yesterday at the H.E.B. located at Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger I purchased merchandise that totaled 57.00 and I used my debit card to pay for the transaction and requested 10.00 case. My card was refused due to what the clerk told me was PIN error. I tried several times and it still wouldn't work, and received the same error. Manager was called and we went to another register and tried it, but the same error message was received and my card was refused. I was thoroughly disgusted because I knew the card was good and I also knew what my PIN number was. I left the store and went across the street to the Chase Bank ATM and used my card to get cash and it worked perfectly. There is nothing wrong with my PIN number on my debit care, the problem is with your Debit Machine readers. I have the receipt from the ATM machine and can produce it if requested. Please fix your stupid card readers. Thank You.

H-E-B management/ customer service

On Friday, October 19, 2018, I put money into the lottery machine at location 1550 Fry Rd. Houston TX [protected], which stated NO Quick Picks, getting ready to play numbers that I had personally chosen for the Mega Millions game. Upon entering my play sheet, machine stated it could not print ticket. I approached Manager Allison and was ridely told it was nothing she could do. She then took me to Customer Service Associate whose name tag stated Todd, who then told me that I would have to wait for him to complete a line of about 15 people. I told him that it was not my fault due to the machine stating specifically No Quick Picks and he responded by yelling that I needed to get in line and wait. Allison witnessed the entire incident and refused to give me my money that had been put into the machine and it wasn't until my husband stepped in and corrected Todd that another manager stepped in and just handed me my money back. Allison and Todd was extremely rude and unprofessional. I shop at this location at least 3 times a week and was extremely disappointed at how this situation was handled.

We purchased several red plums from the Pearland HEB location on Sunday, October 14th. 1 plum contained a live worm, and the other was rotten with a small worm inside. I've been getting prescriptions fill at the older Georgetown HEB for many years.
Recently, I have been getting unsolicited and unwanted phone calls regarding my
prescriptions.

I am capable of determining if, and when, I require refills.
I do not need to be harassed.
I do not want to be harassed.

I will start getting my service elsewhere.

Now, please stop the phone harassment.
