Gymboree / unable to log in

Date: 12 november to 14 november.
I am unable to log in after a lot of attempts.
Whenever I tried to log in the following text appears : Sorry, this does not match our records. Check your spelling and try again.
I tried to reset my password by submitting my e mail to create a new password but I have never received an email with the information needed to reset my password.
I have checked my inbox and also junk mail to ensure that I received but I have never received a mail from you with instructions to reset password.
I tried to log in with 2 different e mails accounts I am registered in Gymboree ([protected]@hotmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com) but it always appear the letter sing Sorry, this does not match our records. Check your spelling and try again.

I would appreciate if you could help as soon as possible since I need to shop online urgently.
