In the last 3 days I have being on hold for more than 1.5 hours with customer service.They are not able to help...the mistake that Gymboree made is that my total $ 160 is not reflecting with the commercial invoice $280 .I have never received a confirmation email saying that they r shipping with fedex.
I have never order prime but i was charged as a prime
my total is for $160 Canadian and fedex charged me $130 $...I also paid $17 additional for shipping from the website...I will keep fighting for my money back.The agents that i spoke with promised that they gonna call back in the end of the day and they never did...This is the worst customer service.Pls be aware that you have to pay almost the same price as your order for fedex...Unbelievable...so unfair and wrong.They have to fix the website and be honest with the costumers
