    Greetings. I am the owner of Guts and Glory Tennis. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and have tried repeatedly to locate Mr. Kennedy to determine what we may have done to upset him. We have been in business online since 2004 and we do strive to exceed customer expectations whenever possible. We suspect Mr. Kennedy may be using a psuedonym for his name in this instance. We have no records of any customer by that name. We would love the opportunity to clear up any misunderstanding or address any specific issue.
