Gulf Oil gulf gas station/mini mart

I'm not sure if you own the Gulf Station on 50-58 Columbia St, Rensselaer NY. I fell there on 2/6 leaving the store right by the pumps on black ice. Fell on my whole left side and cut my hand. I went in for them to file an incident report in case I needed to see medical treatment the said no. Told me to go to the doctors and prove it to the insurance. The guy that saw me asked if I wanted to speak to his supervisor I said yes, that's the one that told me no. I said to him that the guy working saw me he can't writ a statement he said no. This is ridiculous because if I left they would totally deny it. I didn't leave and called the police to get a report on file. If you need a copy of the report I can send it to you. I was pretty upset about the whole thing and how I was treated

Gulf Oil gulf gas station 551 river road (elmwood park new jersey 07407).

Good morning,
I am complaining about very disturbing behavior on gas attendant which happened around 5:00 pm on 1-01-18. This person pumping gas was very rude to say the least by snatching the money out my hand while I was actually thanking him for pumping gas and sorta got me frightened. Wow I was shocked and didn't know why! When he proceeded to snatch the money out my hand, I immediately asked why did he do that and he seemed like he was very upset and even showed aggression towards me Shouting to the point of creating an hostile environment in from of other customers and seemed to me like he was cursing at me in his Language . He seemed to to be middle eastern. All this took place at 5:00 pm. I paid cash and wanted a receipt and he refused to give me one but you have to see now I myself got angry and shouted at him back...This to me is very unacceptable and made me just as angry there after to even take this time out my busy schedule in my life to send this E-mail complaint. Please address this worker and hope and pray this is resolved before this person loses it on the wrong customer and cause harm to them or himself with that type of attitude when dealing with customers.

Gulf Oil gift card not accepted

I went to the Gulf station located at 350 Rodman St, Fall River, MA 02721 this morning around 8:45 and after I waited in line for TEN MINUTES I was told that they do not accept Gulf gift cards and the gentleman was VERY rude about it. I had to leave with no gas and it made me late to my doctor appointment. I have NEVER heard of a location not accepting their own gift cards!

Gulf Oil employee attitude and disrespect for women

I when inside the store and wanted to make coffee but there was no coffee in the pot so I asked the employee who Is working there (Indian) that there is no coffee in the pot, so he came and started making the coffee after a while I was waiting for the coffee to brew and he left I started making my coffee while I was making my coffee he was cursing with someone on the phone in a different language in which I also speak. When I went to the register the employee was still on the phone cursing at someone in the Language. So I said excuse me sir how much is the coffe and he looked at me really mad and said "my dick is how much" in his language. I told him I also speak the same language and I got really upset and told him you have no respect for women and I'm really offended by what he just said. Is that how he suppose to treat his customers. The employee in Indian, a little chubby and the time was around 9am 12/2/2017 the address is 160 n saw mill rd Elmsford ny 10523. What could be done about this situation?

Gulf Oil unethical behavior

I stopped at the Gulfmart gas station 806 on the MassPike westbound on 11/06/17 at around 10:30PM. The pump displayed that my debit card had insufficient funds, this happens frequently and I've dealt with it before, so I knew I had to go inside and pay a specific amount. The cashiers had me repeatedly run my card with no success or charges being brought up. I stood in silence for 30 minutes while they offered no explanation of what they were doing. The only words they said to me during my time there was "swipe your card now" around 10 different times. My roommate and I offered to pay cash multiple times, to which they simply said that wouldn't work. After that immense waste of time indoors trying to charge my card, I went back outside ran my card again on the pump but as a credit card and it pumped the gas I needed. I was relieved and was finally about to pull away, the cashier named Genevieve RAN out to my car, banged on my passenger window, held her hand out and said "Money!" She refused to have a conversation or acknowledge that my card would have worked. Her only response was that I couldn't have paid because she didn't get a receipt from her machine. My roommate and I were terrified she was accusing us of stealing so we paid her cash out of pocket and left. After we pulled away I checked my online banking account proving that it had in fact taken the money ($25.02) out of my card. We paid $25.02 in cash to the woman and paid the same from my debit account. This was extremely stressful, alarming, and uncomfortable and I do not want anyone else to have to experience anything like it. Not only would I like the charge to my debit card to be dropped and my money rightfully returned to me, I would like a review of the incident and an explanation as to why this unacceptable and unprofessional display of customer service, and genuine robbery was possible.

Gulf Oil clerk /pump receipts

Several times I have gone to the gulf gas station on route 9, in Wappingers Falls, ny, 12590. I like to pay at the pump and then leave but every time I get gas and I want a receipt it says "clerk has receipt". I finally asked him today if they were going to put any receipt paper at the pumps. I said I should contact the company and ask them. He said "if you want cheap gas you come in for receipt." Then why ask at the pump if you want one. If you advertise for receipts at the pump, shouldn't the choice be there. It's very frustrating.

Gulf Oil adulterated gas

On Saturday, October 7, 2017, the low fuel indicator on my Honda Odyssey went on. I pulled off at the next exit of the Long Island Expressway, and stopped at "E-Z Pumpers, " a Gulf station at 3775 Expressway Dr., Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. I pressed "Regular Unleaded" and filled the tank (20.145G). I noticed smoke coming from the back of the car. I wasn't sure what was going on, but continued onto the expressway. It seemed to chug a little, but then all was well - until I accelerated to pass another car. It chugged again, I heard a pop, and more smoke appeared. Everything was fine after that happened (I was alone and was nervous about pulling off the road), until I reached my destination (about 30more miles). Just as I got to my appointment, the "Check Engine" light started flashing. I went to the nearest Honda dealer, and the service person took the car in for a diagnostic check. He told me (1.5 hours later) that I had accidentally put diesel fuel into the tank. I told him I was sure I hadn't. He said everything checked out on the computer except for the gas in the tank. He said I could get home and that when I did, to go to my local mechanic to have the tank drained. I left, and the car seemed ok until I was close to home. I pulled into my local Honda dealer, who did the diagnostics again and tested the gas -- he confirmed that it was diesel/bad fuel. I had to pay Apple Honda $597.70 to have the tank drained, treated and refilled. I called EZ Pumpers and was told that it couldn't have happened as I said because they don't carry diesel at the station. I said my tank was very low when I filled it, so I know the gas came from there, and said that the delivery truck must have filled Pump 1 with diesel by mistake. The man I spoke to was very polite but said "this is Gulf - they don't make mistakes like that." Well, I didn't make the mistake and I'm now out $600. I have copies of all of my receipts and diagnostics from the two Honda dealers. I would expect that Gulf will reimburse me for the full amount I spent.
Thanks.

Gulf Oil fuel selection button not working.

I went to a Gulf gas station, but the business that used the fuel was called "Dandy Mini Mart". Today 9/17/2017 around 6 PM in a small town called Freeville in NY, I prepaid a purchase of 30 dollar of premium 93 octane fuel for a very sensitive twin turbo BMW and the fuel selector was broken, when I hit premium it pumped in regular. Did not notice it until after and the young lady working there came out and said it was broken. Needless to say, I have video of my car smoking going down the road not even minutes later and engine stalled out twice and almost did dozens of more times. Pulled over to the side of the road and had to limp mode home 60 miles to Syracuse, NY. The fuel that was rated at 87 octane burned so quickly through the twin turbos and combusted so quickly because my car was on empty. l and none of the other pumps worked as well. This caused serious damage. The vehicle will no longer accelerate to proper speeds and continued to smoke all the way home. I parked it and I need to speak to someone over this because this is absolutely pure negligence and improper maintenance on this business in which caused a very big headache getting to and from work. (over 65 miles away) and a great deal of vehicle repair in which I will be seeking reimbursement for.

Gulf Oil condition of the gas station

I live in Garden City South NY and recently there was a Getty station on Nassau blvd that was taken over by a gulf. I wanted to let you know I am appalled at the condition of the station. The only thing that looks new are the pumps. There are weeds growing 8'up from what used to be a nice corner planting are. They removed the signs that are on the wall of the station and never replaced them. There's exposed wiring and flourescent bulbs. I refuse to by gas there or get service for my cars. Many people feel same way. It's makes the neighborhood street look horrible. Jim Scarry

Hon...its a gas station, not a resort. You wanna pay 50 cents more a gallon? Fine. There's a pretty gas station 3 miles up the road. Has transgender bathroom too.

Gulf Oil gas station, waynesville, missouri

I visited the gas station on Highway 17 in Waynesville, MO this evening as I have done many times before. There was a man standing just outside the door smoking a cigarette, right in the path of the entrance, a few feet away from the door. I complained to the clerk, who I haven't seen before and may be new, who told me, "We can't do anything about it since he's a customer." There are local laws that require someone smoke at least 20 feet away from the door. I explained to her that I have asthma, but she just said I should handle it myself. So, I did speak the man as I was leaving the store, and informed him that I have asthma and cannot walk through that smoke to go into the store. I informed him that there is a local law that requires smokers to smoke 20 feet away from the entrance to a store. He just looked at me and shrugged. I won't visit this store again, where people are so inconsiderate of others, and where a smoking customer takes priority over one who has an allergy to tobacco and asthma.

Gulf Oil cashier was very rude disrespectful and discriminating

I walked over to my gulf station on Memorial Day. The store sign said it was open. 1st of she had an old lady and a boy in the store and the doors were locked when the sign said open. Second she had a little boy stocking the cigarettes. 3rd when I finally got the cashiers attention she told me that they weren't open. Came back 15minutes later she outside smoking a cigarette and tells me the system is down. This isn't the first time that this lady has been disrespectful. She refused to sell me my things because I had my wife's credit card. Which we have the same last name as eachother. My wife goes in there and the lady apologized to her but refused to sell her our cigarettes becuase I went in there before and she refused my purchase. She also called me a spic as she was telling me to have a nice day. I have been a customer for 27 years. All the other employees are very nice.

Gulf Oil bad service

I purchased gas from Gulf Gas Station at 698 Naaman Road in Claymont Delaware at 9:33 Nov 3, 2016. At the time the gas was $2.19 which was marked up from $2.08 on Nov 2, 2016. I looked across the street at WaWa and noticed their gas was still $2.15 as it was on Nov 2, 2016. I was pissed because I could have gotten it cheaper.

I returned home at 11:50 am, and I noticed the gas was down to $2.09. I am cognizant gas prices change, however I didn't understand why it changed within in such a short period of time.

I went back to the gas station at 11: 52 am (I live up the street) to question the attendant. He said gas prices change, and I asked him why so fast. He then said WaWa's prices changed too. I told him no they didn't change, and the price is the same as yesterday. The reason why I am complaining is he told me not to ask him about gas prices. I was flooded. I told him never to talk to a customer like that, and that we have a right to question things we do not understand. I work with customers all the time, and there is a way to speak to customers.

The attendant is a foreigner and I did not get his name, because he seemed hostile. But I was there at 11:52 am. Please let this associate know that customers can go across the street, and pay more for better service.

Gulf Oil contaminated/adulterated gas at md039 gulf, 4501 falls rd, baltimore, md

I filled gas in my 2014 Nissan Rogue on 7/23/16 from MD039 GULF, 4501 falls Rd, Baltimore, MD, 21209 gas station and soon after that my car had started jerking/shaking on I-695. before this I never felt such jerking.

I called my service station and they told me to come to car service station and they found that this is because of the bad gas (probably adulterated/contaminated gas).

I have spent nearly 400$ in repairs and lost my valuable time. I have receipt of gas and receipt from the service station showing indication of contaminated gas. I also have the specimen of contaminated gas in a bottle. Please do the needful to ensure the quality of the gas. I have also filed a formal complaint to Maryland Department of agriculture, weight and measure.

Please also suggest me how I can reimburse my repair costs?

Gulf Oil car service

so I went to this (7264 Gulf) gas station on 12/01/2015 to check my car since the check engine light was blinking but at the same time it was a rainy and called day.so I reach out to one of the technician/ mechanic but before I said anything he gave me a look and said we don't have sticker. Well I am not here for that. I am here because my check engine light is on... I replied. He said okay I will look at it. And he went. After 20 minutes while still standing outside in the called, another mechanic came by and asked me if I am being helped, the first mechanic came and told him he will take care of me...then another 15 minutes passed...after standing close to 40 minutes outside, the first mechanic came and said we will charge you $35 dollar just for checking it and I said well why didn't you tell me that before? As I was so mad I went to my car thinking to go to next service center next to the Gulf station. And the mechanic said do you think you would get it for free?...it is a common sense ...nothing is free. And I said back to him Common sense my A$$. He came straight to me while i was inside a car and said "go back to your f#$&ing country"...he was definitely looking for a trouble...so.i stopped my engine and then went straight to the office looking for the Manger. as the Manger was on the phone i was waiting her to hung up the phone...while waiting for her Before i present my case he came and start speaking to her mentioning that i Used my local language to insult him (Not sure what Language he was referring too...but i can tell he is profiling me). while presenting my case to both the Manager and the Owner, he was still with the attitude and cursing. at this point i felt like they (Both the Manager and the owner) couldn't do any thing so I asked both the Manger and the Owner to can get corporate or head office number. they both replied we only have the company credit information number.

Gulf Oil overcharged

On April 30, 2011 I went to pump gas for my car. I ask the attendant to fill up the rank and gave him my debit card as payment. I received my card back and walked away to the gas station's on site store. Upon return the attendant was on the other side of the station talking to his friends and the pump was missed placed and spilling gasoline on my car onto the floor. And the meter was still running. My bill was $48.00, about $15.00 extra than usual. The attendant claimed it was not his fault and he was the person in charge. The attendant was very rude and uncaring of the situation. Maybe not realizing the danger that his carelessness cause. My wife and kids were in the car. The wife of the gas station owner came out and said she was sorry but she could not do anything without her husband present.

Gulf Oil fraudulent charge

Credit card holders beware!

The gas attendant made fraudulent charges to my credit card account without my knowledge. If you buy gas with credit card, watch your credit card carefully. Once the gas attendant placed a charge to your account, it is very difficult to fight it. Card holder may need to call the police to intervene.

Do yourself a big favor, DO NOT BUY GAS FROM KRISHNA GULF LLC IN OAK TREE ROAD, EDISON, NJ
