Gulf Coast Harley Davidson / Terrible service

I bought a brand new 2002 Road King Classic in 2001 and a Brand new 2005 ultra classic in 2004 both from Gulf Coast Harley Davidson New Port Richey Florida
I then proceeded to customize both bikes with around 40 thousand dollars in chrome parts and engine modifications on each bike for a total of extras of around 80 thousand.
After 5 years of kissing ###, bribing employees,being lied too constantly just to get work and service done that I was paying for.I finally decided to call it quits. I will never buy another Harley as log as I live nor will I buy any parts or recommend them as a company to do business with to any of my current or future friends. The final straw was when their service writer Jeff told me he didn't care how much money I had spent there or if I ever spent another cent there He was tired of me getting free ### and was going to make sure I had to pay for everything.(both bikes were warranted at the time)I spoke to both the acting GM Mike Marvel and the Director Gary Bang and neither one of them seemed to care about my ongoing or future business one way or another.I was left with no option but to tell them all to kiss my ### and they would never get another dime of my money.

As this type of attitude continues as I'm sure it will, sooner or later I can only hope that they will do it to the wrong person and be made to pay a price for their total disregard for customer service, and lack of professionalism.

I felt like I was dealing with a low level used car lot w/all the included shady tactics.
