You being a prestigious bank in DUBAI should at least hire somebody with manners.
I had some issue with credit card ( my payment was due by 60 A.E.D ) and the lady who called had no manners of how to speak to a customer. She said she was from the collection department and her extension number was [protected].
It would be good for you not to take employees like that, otherwise u will start loosing your customers, I for example will be looking forward to close this card as soon as i can and who ever will ask me regarding DUBAI FIRST, i will definitely advise him or her not to go with it .
