Probably the worst online survey site on the market. Most surveys throw you off somewhere between 1/2 and all the way completed. Very frustrating to waste one's time doing these surveys only to lose all that time and complaining to them is worthless. Computers answer your complaint and always give the same response that once surveys reach their target number they are close, no matter what. Stay away from this survey site. Not worth the effort.
Once you received your points you have to beg Guest Opinion Rewards to actually credit them to your Hilton account! Customer service is so unhelpful and robotic and after not 4 or 6 but actually 12 weeks I finally got my points!

If the survey has already received the maximum number of responses, then it shouldn't come up to fill the survey unless collecting people's information is the true goal of the survey. I told myself that it would be a better use of my time to complete the surveys and get some additional points rather than just scrolling social media. However, to spend the time doing complete surveys and not receive anything more than a few points is also a big waste of my time. I guess I'll go back to reading books to pass my time.

What a joke. I belong to this Rewards Program and was enticed by recieve 15k RBP to complete survey. I did... which asked some irrelevant questions. Then at end I was informed that my demographics did not qualify me for full points and gave some bs amount as a consolation prize...WTF?! Nowhere did it say anything about qualifying for any amount. I contacted them and told them. I was informed that they needed me to supply all this info that they collect to justify my concerns...again WTF?! I Then told them that the rewards program was a sham and that I often get better rates through 3rd party booking. How come members dont get the best in Market. Whats the point of the program?!

I understand that I won't qualify for some surveys, but it is aggravating to complete a lengthy survey and then be told you don't qualify. This has happened to me more than once. I basically do this to keep my current points alive since traveling is limited, so even 10 points is helpful, but I don't do it every day because it can be a waste of time.
I do the surveys and appreciate the opportunity to earn some points...You surely can't expect to meet the type of person the companies are always looking for. Bang them out really quick with honest answers and see where you land. 10 points is 10 points and once in a while you go all the way through. If you don't want to participate, that's the beauty of America, go drink a latte or something. I appreciate the opportunity and it's worth my time.

Hilton Honors is destroying their reputation by using this site! I have wasted hours attempting to complete surveys by spending 5-10 minutes per survey responding to the questions and then I get a page saying "thank you for your interest in this survey but you do not qualify for this particular survey or this survey has reached its limit of responses"
I have gone through 50+ surveys and have received a total of 112 honor points! SCAM SCAM SCAM
