Guesswallet

I have bought a wallet from a Guess store in Italy almost a year ago. It was from a new line which means that I have paid a high price and was quite excited about my new purchase as usual, since I was a loyal customer. But unfortunately, the color started to fade, the metal parts started to rust, the leather parts started to peel and all of these defaults occured within less than a month. I am extremely dissappointed in the brand and lost faith in the quality of Guess's products. I believe that as a dissappointed customer, this bad experience deserves a complimentary action taken by you, to gain back your reputation.
