After $99.00 down payment and $59.97 every other week since September no computer still, I called at the end of November only to find out that they were waiting on me to call to answer and confirm a few questions. I replied why wasnt I contacted that this information was the reason they could not place order for computer either by mail or phone. Then I was told that the order would be put in to Dell and the delivery date would be the week of March 17th and that someone would need to be there. The week passed still no computer I then called and now was told that they no longer have a contract with Dell and they would upgrade my order for FREE to the HP computer package for the inconvience and offered me a camera or bigger scale monitor screen for additional payments.I felt very frustrated and hands tied I then was giving another date the week of April 13th. Well today is the April 24th and still no computer. I just called again and this time was told the payment order wasnt released on time to the company and that I would have another date in 2 weeks boy do I feel stuck and stupid. So I asked for Supervisor she replied she was one I expressed my frustration and told her that this is unexceptable and that I was going to do my part in documenting these events and lies of delivery dates to consumer affairs she replied go ahead and that she was putting my info to a default department were it would be evaluated to hold my computer until all paymnents recieved because she felt I threatened her and was behaving badly with not being understanding that she has no control on the actual tracking of the paper work processed for shipping products. So as of today I dont know what to do next do I eat it and CANCEL?
