I ordered 25 pairs of shoes. They sent me 3 pairs only and the balance 20 pairs came in 1 month later! Not only that, 2 pairs are missing and they refuse to refund and will only resend on the condition if i make new orders! Such ridiculous request when the mistake is on their side! The customer service is terrible and they won't bear any responsibilities at all! Please beware of this company. Please beware of company that only uses western union as payment. Honest company will normally give customer paypal options as they can refund the money easily.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I disagree with some of your reports about vividchina; i bought some shoes from last september through one of thier sales rep called Laura, she is not working for the company anymore but when i bought the shoes, i paid by western union but what i did was to ask a friend in china to visit them before paying them, then used my DHL account for the delivery. I received the actual number of goods but some of the qualities where really bad that i had to sell them lower than the cost price, but i did receive my goods in time and I was monitoring it.
My advice is get an agent to do the work for you there, he will check the product quality, quantity and open an account with any of these courier companies if you will be trading internationally.
I want to know if you prder this items through alibaba or how can I order their products being sure it is not a scam?
in alibaba they say you pay after having all the items, but they told me to pay through escrow... I really need a lot of information! if someone can help me ... please...tx:)

I am thinking to oreder from vivid china, I know this contact from alibaba.com, i am so lucky to see this comment before proceed with order actually. Reader, please be very carefull when you are deling with unknown supplier, please only pay through paypal, they will only received payment once item is delivered.

I ordered from this website before, take about a month to get my items. the quality are pretty crappy, the shoes i ordered from them i just worn about a week then the heel is come off the shoes already.customer service is really awful, i want to return one of the bag(the bag is miss one belt) and one pair shoes that the size is very small, they told me they don't accept return because the size is small, for the bag, I have to pay for the shipping again($80).
they charge a lot for the shipping.
I never want to order from them again. (vividchina sucks)
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM VIVIDCHINA! ALSO IT IS RISKY TO PAY BY WESTERN UNION
