Made initial purchases for redi set go cooker and found out after order posted and payment was taken thay added a charge for cookbooks! I was upgraded to FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING but I paid 16.95 for shipping and I still have not recieved anything and I emailed the company email address for customer service and they reply we will respond within 2 days... no they do reply at all its been 5 days since I got that reply from them,

I AM SO UPSET I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS PEOPLE AND HOW EASY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF

    I had the same problem, they took the credit card payment and never shipped the produced. I called three times and was toled . you will get it next week. It has been four weeks. The last time I called they said they had the wrong address ? ye Margaret Kinkle

    I can't seem to find an e-mail address. I'm sure my credit card co. will credit me and GTXpress will issue a credit. No matter what I will not pay the invoice will cancel credit card if I have too, .

    well I canceled the cooker and now I am getting all the junk I don't want pans, cook book I have spent more time returning this stuff

    Mi nombre es nurys echevarria por favor tengo una gran inquietud quisiera saber si las recetas que me estan mandando ahora cada rato si me la estan cobrando a mi tarjeta estoy muy preocupada hoy mismo me llegaron tres libros de om3 yo hace unos cuantos meses que pedi el producto de redi set go con recetas yo no he pedido mas nada y aveces me estan llegando recetas y un precio de 14.90 credit card yo no puedo creer que me esten cobrando a mi tarjeta sin mi contecimiento por favor espero respuesta a mi correo es nurys.echevarria@yahoo.com gracias...

    I purchased two GTX express cooking units (ready set go) and when I got them they were incredibly small. They don't appear small on the T.V. infomercial. No where do they list the size. They charged me 49.85. I sent it back on Nov 10th. After calling twice they said they finally received it. They said I was being charged 39.90 to ship it to me and another 19.50 to ship it back to them because I used the premade label. Well I was credited back 45 cents on the second credit card statement. So for two items that I thought were too small I am getting back 45 cents... even though I sent them back unused in perfect condition. It cost 14. 50 to mail an 8 pound package...so I am being charged 49.40 to return the item. This is the biggest rip off of all and needs to be brought to everyones attention. If you don't like the product...YOU PAY THEM TO GIVE IT BACK TO THEM. THAT JUST DOES NOT SEEM FAIR. This is not good business. They screw you with shipping. What a joke. I would not order this product if I were you. I will keep posting complaints as this is ridiculous.

    I ordered l cooker and l freebie-recd 4 my freight was 64.15 have been fighting them and Master card since July. MC ruled in favor of them which I think they shud rule in favor of card holder. Anyway finally gotthem to agree freight for 2 instead of 64.15. MC said they would credit 14.95 just waiting to get statement and see that they did.
    I will never order from TV again. Too bad there are probably good company's out there.

    I ordered 2 units and received only 1 set of cookbooks. When I contacted the co. they said they would send the other set. They sent the other set and charged me for it after I was told there would be NO CHARGE. I let that go. Now 2 months later, they are sending me more cook books and charging my charge card again. I can't seem to get through to anyone to say STOP SHIPPING ME ANYTHING...I have been told that I can take legal action if necessary. This is really a shame, because we love the REDI Set Go...

    Order one cooker online for 49.95 and said I would receive one free as well I was charged 119.00. Then yesterday found out 49.90 was taking of credit card again for something i didn't even order

    i received the cooker, the pans, and the recipes no problem. the real problem is now they wont stop charging me and I have it all but I get a 6.95 charge a month for nothing
