Global Tel Link Customer Service Is The most unprofessional places ive ever dealt with they get yor money you cant understand what 99% of them are saying the dont speak good english "i guess you hire them to work for free when you know 95% of the people that use this service speak english. Then your procedures are ridiculous. If I HAD ANOTHER WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY HUSBAND YOU GUYS WOULD BE FIRED. gET iT TOGETHER

    I TOTALLY AGREE GLOBAL TEL LINK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. IF I ALSO HAD ANOTHER WAY TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND I WOULD!! THEY DEFINETLY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND THEY TALK TO YOU AS IF YOU ARE THE DUMB ONE. WHAT THEY SAY MAKES NO SENSE AND TO TOP IT OFF YOU CAN NEVER MAKE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE NO ONE WILL CONNECT YOU TO WHO IS IN CHARGE? THE ANSWER THEY GIVE IS "WHY"? BECAUSE YOU ARE ###ING WORTHLESS THAT'S WHY! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED DEFINETLY BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS ###. AND DO THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! RIDICULOUS THEY HAVE NO [censored]ING CLUE!!

    i agree!!! this is one of the worst companys i have ever had to deal with and the wait to talk to a live person is like 2 hours long!!!

    At least once a year I get blocked for none payment because of something their not doing rite. I send proof of my payment and it takes forever for them to unblock my number. In the meen time my son is worried that something is wrong because he can't reach me. I too ask to speak to a Supv. or someone from billing and they say there is noway I can do that. They are the only service that I know of providing this service and they use that to their advantage. I wish we could change this, any ideas!

    i agree because i have aan account with globak tel link and they only pervide you with 6 calls a month which i feel is redictulious.nowa friend of mind just got the same services and she gets 30 call a month, i called back and brought that to there attention, and they still telling me thtat i can only get 6 calls.i'm trying to find a another company with better services. i know ou there out there it only takes time to find them and i will.because 6 calls is not enough

    We were forced to change our carrier (verizon) to use this terrible service... My daughter has me as the only phone contact and now she's getting blocked to call me...
    This can't be legal and so, I am soo furious...how can a company ration out how many times your loved one can call home if needed!!! Please...if someone knows and alternate phone option, let me know!!!

    I have been doing this for 7 1/2 years I started when MCI had the contract and the calls were 7.90 a call -it was exspensive but I never encountered the problems I have had with gtl- I never had a call or money limit as long as I paid 'something" a month my phone was never blocked -gtl blocks calls immediately for any little thing -over the limit -non payment late payments and say for instance i have a $250.00 limit -if my payment is more than 3 days late which they make you pay the entire bill for the month they drop you back down to $50.00 and refuse to put your limit back to where it was -the customer service is the worst I have dealt with in any customer service enviornment -they do not speak nor understand english so it doesnt get the conversation off to a good start and their attitude is this is the way it is and thats that -nothing can be done -i have had them hang up on me -transfer me without telling me into a supervisor que -the entire experience is frustrating to say the least i could go on and on -i have 2 accounts ct and ny -if one is not paid both get shut off -if one is over the limit they both get shut off -they use all these "cut you off" block you from speaking to your loved one so they can get full payment or thats that -you can only make 1 payment on 1 account for the day -or it wont accept your payment -worst system i ever dealt with- then 3 days there is no addition to the bill and one day your bombarded with 4 days of calls which puts you over the limit - I have made better business bureau complaints against their billing procedures -hopefully the next carrier will be better i cant imagine anyone worse than gtl -----

    I PAY WELL TO GTL EACH MONTH..I DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT AS MUCH AS I DO WHEN I RECIEVE A CALL AND I AM NOT AT HOME, THEY CUT OFF ON THE RECORDER WHO IS CALLING ME..AND GIVE ME HALF OF THE INFORMATION.. THEY DO LET ME KNOW IT IS FROM THE PRISON, BUT I RECIEVE CALLS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE THERE..AND I NEVER KNOW WHO CALLED ME..PLEASE LET WHO EVER CALLS ME FROM THE PRISON, AT LEAST LET THEM LEAVE ME A MESSAGE, SO I'LL KNOW WHO LEFT ME A MESSAGE.. I PAY DEARLY TO GTL, SO PLEASE COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST. THANK YOU

    YEAH WELL ...I WISH I HAD GOT A CALL, LETTER OR SOMETHING BEFORE THEY JUST BLOCKED MY PHONE I HAD TO FIND OUT FROM MY LIL SIS WHEN SHE WROTE ME. I ALSO KNOW MY BILL IS PAID AND I GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER
