I have invested money totalling to 6 million Pesos with the President of the Cooperative Cleotilde Delfin Fuentes a.k.a. Cleotilde D. Fuentes, Cleo Fuentes with a promise that she will give me a guraranteed 10% return every month.
North Olympus Subdivision, Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches Quezon City.

It's been a year now that I have not receive any return. And when I demanded that she must return my capital, she had reasoned out that the Cooperative is already bankrupt.

We've checked the so called Cooperative with a particular government agency in Manila, I was surprised that the said "firm" is not at all registered.

I hope that other investors must share their experiences so that we can collectively file proper legal lawsuit against this "firm" managed by Cleotilde Delfin Fuentes who's office is located at North Olympus Subdivision, Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City

Si Hector John Fuentes is currently working with DTSI Inc. which a BPO company in the Philippines. He was the one who received my money worth 700K Pesos and I have not realized any return at all since 2015. When I demanded that he must return my capital, he told me that the cooperative is insolvent. Same reason I got from his mother Cleotilde Delfin Fuentes.

We found out that the cooperative he's been using is not a registered entity. He also claimed that it is part of DTSI Group in Makati and that most of its cooperative members are the said company.

I have endorsed checks totalling to 1.2 Million Pesos with her son Hector John Fuentes back in 2014. Nag work yata tong si Hector John Fuentes sa DTSI Inc. which is his new work. His mother Cleotilde Fuentes is such a sweet talker, she can move mountains with her promises.

I also accidentally found 2 links complaining about Cleotilde Fuentes and a Certain Mr. Antolin who are both connected with Apo Credit Cooperative. The said cooperative, upon checking, is not legally incorporated or approved by any regulatory agencies in the Philippines.

Here are the 2 links:

At around January 2015 Cleotilde Fuentes, her husband Mitch Hector Fuentes and her son Hector John Fuentes who works at AFNI Philippines launched a cooperative inviting hundreds of people in Quezon City to invest money with a promise that they will give back a guaranteed 10% return to investors. Same fate happened with these investors. After few months of false hope, the Fuentes Family can only be contacted by cellphone as they no longer reside at their last known residence in North Olympus. Hector John Fuentes, spokeperson of the so called cooperative has been giving us a lot of excuses ever since. Where did the our money go, Hector John Fuentes? You work with AFNI Philippines, one of the most reputable call centers, and yet you duped poor people of their hard earned money. Where are your conscience guys?

So upon checking this cooperative with government agencies, we've found out that it is not registered. It will be a long shot for us if we let legality go after the Fuentes. We enjoin everyone to come out and tell their stories.

Hi, me and my friends also have invested with a lot of money with Cleotilde Fuentes or Cleo Fuentes here at North Olympus, Novaliches. I have personally invested 2 Million Pesos. A friend of mine invested 4.5 Million Pesos. She's been giving us excuses on text messaging as she didnt see us anymore for the past 6 months. She used names of companies that actually existed but upon checking she is not whatsoever connected with othose names she used.
