Subordinates and principals of this firm solicited my business and constantly sought me to upgrade my level of service to more “solid and lucrative” opportunities. Furthermore, Mr. Kenneth Maseka (subsequently determined to be Kenneth Marsh) and his legal representative, Ms. Kim Flotteron, Esq. requested my assistance in bringing legal action against several of Gryphon’s former employees. I cooperated in their request when asked about my business involvement with a Mr. Greg Lehman after he resigned from the firm.
I also had a similar experience with Gryphon as did Mr. Edwards. Greg Lehman was my primary contact but I was also contacted by Maseka and other so called "Partners of the Firm". When I originally started I could not get anybody to return my phone calls and when I complained I was greeted with a highly aggressive "Partner" who wanted to square things with me and offered me another lead. I took it after he got fully paid via my credit card and then when I closed the trade I was contacted with another aggressive offer that would cost me $5000 and guaranteed to hit a home run. I beleive this was Maseka that made that offer at the time, but hung up on me when I told him I was not interested and wanted to keep my profits. Nonetheless, these guys are ruthless in there approach to business. I asked several of them if they were registered as RIA's, Financial Advisors, etc. No one would give me a straight answer except that they are not Traders. It was not a good experience and now I find that their phones are always busy and there is no main number you can go to for a live conversation. I think they have shut down for some reason. Stay away from them.
These people have done nothing but promised results but only took money from me.
What happened to Gryphon Holdings, Ltd>? Are they in court or business as usual? I think they should be stopped for the acts they do against the innosent puplic.
