Groupon.com miami aqua tours

The fine print on the Groupon must be corrected...!
On 2/23/18, we purchased a Groupon for our family (total of 6 tickets) for their sightseeing boat tour (Miami Aqua Tours). We planned on going on Friday 2/24/18. We called and left a message for our reservation for the 2:30 boat trip on 2/24 (more than 12 hours prior to our trip) as instructed on the Groupon voucher. The next morning the 24th, we called again to confirm that we had the reservation and were only able to leave another message. We arrived at the boat early on Friday and went to the dock to once again confirm our reservation. Jose, the gentleman behind the desk at the kiosk, informed us that they had no record of our reservation. We told him that we left 2 messages... he said... "No, you need to call and speak to someone during business hours". There is no mention of "speaking to someone during business hours" on the voucher. The Groupon must state that reservations must be made to a live person and the business hours should be listed. We were able to cancel the Groupon and receive a refund We simply do not want anyone to have this difficulty in the future. Thank you .

Groupon.com top that pizza

I have brought a number of food groupons, traveled across the City only to find that they have gone out of business. I contacted groupon to inform them that the companies are out of business, yet they continue to sell the groupon months later. It recently happened again, so I went on their website and read the review on Top that Pizza and noticed that someone had stated that it was out of business in Sept. I brought my groupon in October, but I couldn't find it. I finally asked around to find out that it had been out of business for a while. I contacted groupon numerous times and received a number of texts saying that they had given me groupon bucks, but I wanted to know why they continue to sell and push this groupon even though they have been informed that they are out of business. Why allow someone else to waste all the gas that I did on a number of occasions. I have yet to get a valid reply on that. They only told me that they had to pass it up the line to someone higher. I am done with their groupons. I had wanted to buy a travel groupon and this is exactly why I have hesitated to do so. If the travel is as hard to use as the food groupons, I am better off without them.

Groupon.com groupon wizard of oz tix

I purchased 4 tickets to the Wizard of Oz in Boston.They were for my aunt who loves the Wizard of Oz.Upon giving them to her for Christmas we found out its for the show in Pennsylvania.After numerous attempts at contacting Groupon (only through live chat) and that was inconsistent ) only to be told I lost 128.00? This has been an extremely difficult year my sister passed away of complications of CF and I am in rejection of my double lung transplant caused by CF we were all looking forward to this and can't possibly travel to Pennsylvania. PLEASE HELP...

Groupon.com groupon stole my money

Groupon stole my money! I wanna share this story. In July I registered on Groupon Merchant and did some sales for an amount around $200. But in August Groupon block my account without any explanation and stole my funds. I open few tickets in customer service but they close tickets with note money successfully send but it is not true I have all bank statements there you can see nothing was coming from Groupon. I wanna let everybody know that Groupon stole money from merchants!

Groupon.com cannot sign on saying error and forbidden 403.

I bought a Groupon yesterday morning then it went down and no longer worked. It kept saying server error or forbidden 403. Groupon did charge me and I did get email for my purchase but i needed to buy more and for 24 hours have bern able to get on. I deleted app and re downloaded it. I shut off and restarted my phone. And Every time I find a customer service place to get help when i click on it it says forbidden 403. Please please help me this has never happens before and there are things expiring that I need to buy. I am kind of computer illiterate so u know and i am also doing this from my android phone as i don't have a computer. Never had this happen before.

Groupon.com no customer service or ability to cancel orders

I purchased a ticket for an event. The next day I needed to cancel because I had to change the date the very next day. Groupon do not offer tickets for the event date I needed to change to and the event will only honor the date that Groupon has on their tickets. If I order online directly with host of the event I can use the tickets on any date. Groupon has blatantly strolled my money. There is no customer service with Groupon and their website blatantly gives their customers around with nonexistent live chat and unrealistic FAQ. When you select that their FAQ did not answer your question nothing happens? That is suppose to give more options like the live chat or someone to call you back. I regret owning stock in this company and will sell as soon as possible. I want a refund so I can purchase the dates I need from the event host website. I am truly disappointed with them. It's not just the dollar amount. It's the principle.

I purchased 2 tickets to blue man group on my tablet, Dec 2, 2017, it didnt ask for names like the laptop does, and my name isnt right on the groupon site, and u need ID to purchase the tickets with the groupon voucher, so asked them to check to see if theres a name cause its not showing on details page and I'm not going to view voucher because your NEW stupid policy says once u view u cant edit, cancel or refund, etc., I also put wrong time, and wanted that changed, customer service was terrible and wouldnt help do anything, so I said cancel it, and I will redo it over again. They refused, so I filed a claim on paypal, then I will go to the BBB.
It even says right here in your rules:Refunds for GrouponLive and ticketed events are only issued on the same day of purchase. I HAVE ASKED WITH IN AN HOUR OF MY PURCHASE, and customer service refused via email, there is NO live chat and NO more telephone service, are you kidding me? This is getting very sketchy, and I will never buy another groupon, I will get my refund one way or another, I always do, thats why I always pay via paypal. I am appalled at the new groupon policies, and no customer service phone service anymore, your going down the tubes! All I wanted was for them to cancel it, so I could redo it since they were so inept, and couldnt check the name or change the time!

Groupon.com green air duct and vent services

After recommending this purchase to my daughter she bought a groupon for vent cleaning from Green Air Vent and Duct services. Subsequently she had been unable to get any kind of response from the company in Montgomery Village. Two phone numbers and an email with no response. Beware Groupon customers and management! Save you $49 and go with another compsny for this service. If they cannot even get back to you to schedule service then imagine how shoddy the work will be.

Groupon.com cheated me of $39 in trade in coupon which did not work

I purchased a deal which got expired. I got a the trade in email. I tried to trade it in but there was some issue. I raised the issue twice on 8th and 11th november before the expiration, with the customer care. They did not resolve it till the deal expired on 16th november. Now I have tried to reach out to them and they say it is expired and we cannot do anything about that.

Groupon.com terrible website

This website became one of the worst ones. I wish they kept going the way they used to do, but I guess it's simply impossible.
I am disappointed with their service, all of their phone numbers are not available. For no reason, there're too many additional fees for this and that, and if you're there for the first time you won't be warned about it. Which is also very sad.
What they do is just terrible :(

Groupon.com racv gold coast resort

I purchased groupon for school holiday as soon as this deal came up because i know that good date would be gone quickly. I purchased and made a booking to the hotel on the first day of this deal. There were planty of availability there when i booked. But 2 days later when i checked the date with hotel, they could not find my groupon security number which has been alredy redeemed. I contacted groupon straight away to sort it out. WHAT groupon said that they will investigate it and contact me in 7 days which is amazingly ridiculous. By then all the school holiday date will be gone and it means i am not allowed to have a holiday with my children. Thus, i requested refund but what they said was they will refund it after they investigate it within 7 days! ! What a ridiculous statement. They keep saying 7 days. I paid money, used money and my time! And i have got nothing.
I actually, cancelled my previous booking at 2 bed room apartments because i purched groupon.
3 days later which is today they contacted me and said they will refund my purchase which takes 7 days!
What should i do? All the good date and good deals have gone alredy. They are more expensive than 3 days ago and there is no availability at 2 bed rooms.
What should i do?
How fool i am to trust groupon.
7 days is the answer.

Groupon.com me spa 80-minute signature massage

I don't like this spas policies and customer service. I woke up with a head cold and they would not allow me to reschedule my appointment. Instead they are redeeming my Groupon which was $130 because I did not cancel within 24 hours as is there policy. That is a lot of money and a waste because I do not want to spread my germs. This place may have given me the best massage of my life but I will never know as they have treated me like a sack of meat with dollar signs attached to it. I don't think this review will do any good but it makes me feel better.

Groupon.com unauthorized credit card charges and poor customer service

Hello, We tried to purchase a groupon for a peru tour trip through gate 1 on Oct. 10 2017. The transaction came back declined. We then tried a second time, again it said declined. I checked my account and then tried a third time where the groupon was successfully processed. Because we needed 2 vouchers for this trip we then tried to book a second voucher, so our 4th groupon try...and it came back declined. So we cancelled our only voucher and we were refunded. Then we went onto my husbands groupon account and we successfully booked and redeemed 2 vouchers. The next day we noticed on our visa that all 3 of the declined groupons went through at a later time. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried for 2 weeks to contact customer support with answers and help and each time they refer me to someone else. The email I received from your outbound team addressed me by the wrong name and said that I needed to contact the hotel to get a refund. This was a tour, not a hotel. And we did contact gate 1 and they said this was 100% groupon error and nothing to do with them. I am appalled at the horrible customer service. Especially with the fact we bought 2 vouchers for this trip with you. We wanted to give groupon the chance to fix this and because you have ignored all my emails, live chats and even a phone call we are going to let visa refund us and get the money back from you. We are now deciding on whether to let visa refund us the money for the trip we actually booked and wanted to go on. I will never use groupon again and will make sure every travel group and everyone I know how unsafe your company is. Especially with booking trips costing a large sum of money. I have had no response back from any email so I am hoping this will at least reach someone who can hopefully at least acknowledge this disappointing situation. In the end it is your company who has lost both payment and customers. I have numerous records on email with all my online chats and emails. I will send the final email I received. Please note after seeing this email I am sending, I am not chad, my name is Sheri. They didn't even address my name properly. Also the lady said they contacted gate 1 and when I called gate 1 they had no record of groupon saying they contacted them. So I feel really shocked she would lie to me also.

Groupon.com china lights

Purchased 6 tickets over 2 weeks ago and they were sent to a non-existent email address. I knew something was wrong right away but cu tickets the same day to see if they would go through...seemed to, was charged got a receipt but no vouchers were sent. Couldn't print them from the website. Bought 2 more to see if they would go through. seemed ok, printed them out didn't look carefully, went to event and were turned away because they were senior/kid tickets! So, have spent $100 with the only thing to show for it were 2 useless tickets. Just want to talk to a live person, almost all live chat and emails were also useless. Got bumped off live chat at one point! I was angry but not being abusive. All I want are useable adult tickets sent to the correct email account.

Groupon.com bedspread

Had a gift card I was applying to my purchase. My purchase was approved with the gift card and instead of using that as the payment they used my credit card. When I tried to find out why the gift card redemption center told me to call Groupon. When I called Groupon the number was disconnected. I would like someone from Groupon to notify me as a reason why this happened.

Groupon.com voucher

Groupon agrees that its expired voucher are valid for the amount that the customer paid. Some voucher state that the amount paid is " good forever " some other mention a date, for example : " Good for the amount paid until 2022 "

The reality is that I go to a business with an expired voucher, the business refuses to accepted arguing that " they have no way to verify if the voucher has been used ". Other business l demand an outrages amount of money to use the expired voucher.

Groupon does not even give you credit for the amount paid to purchase the voucher. I would like to know how can I get credit for the cost of the vouchers, to what government agency to complaint ? etc

Groupon.com phone case

I tried contanting the merchant. Concerning the product I bought. I got the wrong size. Haven't had a response and no refund. I will defiantly not be shopping with you guys again. And will tell everyone I know what terrible service I received. I was also notified that I may not receive my shipping back. That is a bunch of bull. If that is the case also I will never consider shopping with you guys ever again.

Groupon.com couples massage

Purchased a Groupon for couples massage at Happy Feet downtown Las Vegas. As listed on instructions, I made an appointment in advance for noon today. We arrived on time and checked in...when the attendant scanned my Groupon, she said it had already been redeemed. It was the first time we walked into the door and I tried to explain this and that we were from out of town. She said "no massage" English was obviously 2d language and showed me her cell phone which displayed redeemed in red. She handed me her bosses card to call back. Obviously upset because I feel I was ripped off, we left.

Groupon.com worst product and customer service ever

Sorry I worked for a call center, I know how the whole thing works, but when you are dealing with me buying something for my husband that was market incorrectly and the product was atrocious and a LIE.. You would think that your company would at least refund my money or send me something so I could send these lies of shirts back. But nope, there is a 7 day policy? Oh and your customer service is literally appalling. He was condescending, rude and unprofessional. I am not ok with the service that I was provided. My husband does SEO work, and believe me, I will have him use his talents to let people know how appalled I am and how poor of service you have.

Groupon.com no customer service whatsoever

Recently I purchased a coupon and then thought I didn't really need it and ask for a refund. Before to do so I read their policies and was sure that they will refund. But how was I supposed to contact them if there were no means to do it? I found information about it and it stated that if I need their help I only have to use their website and nothing else. I got my refund, but I guess I don't want to mess with them again.
