On 10/9/18 I purchased 2 Nutracker tickets for the Kansas City Ballet using your service. Order # VR50942. The event was Saturday December 8, 2018 at 7:30pm. I never received the tickets for this event, and was told at Noon on the 8th FanXchange would not be able to fill the order. This morning I was told by Frances (man) from FanXchange that it was due to a system error, and they would refund me $272.95 which is the original cost. I had to purchase NEW tickets at $291.99 from another vendor. Fanxchange has a guarantee that if I don't get the tickets before the event, I get 150% refund, but Frances told me this morning that because it was a "system error" I would only get a 100% refund. This is NOT acceptable. I have filed a BBB report Case # 1385576 in Toronto Canada against FanXchange. I would like your help in this resolution. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
