I opened an account in Oct and my 1st book was suppose to be FREE and it was sent a week ago. I recieved a transaction notice for payment for that book on Nov 3. Today, Nov 30 my next book was processed and shipped. Surely I'm not going to be charged for this one since I paid for my FREE one?! You need a customer service number to talk to an actual person, I've noticed LOTS of complaints and see no positive responses to remedy theirs. I will be closing my account now and there better not be any transactions posted from my account to this company or BBB will be contacted immediately!
