On November 3, 2008 I ordered the Grizzley Adams Complete Series for a Christmas gift and the order said it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery. When 4 weeks came and no DVD's I tried contacting them. No phone # or Address could be found on the website which was stupid on my part. But upon ckeck out of my purchase it said that it would be processed through a trusted secure website. Didn't really think about it until it was already done and my movies didn't come. The the website said live chat so when I tried to do that the only thing that came up was a way for me to send an e-mail (what happened to live CHAT?) So I sent an e-mail asking where my order was, it said they had live support that would get back to you quickly. Good thing it wasn't OXYGEN I was waiting on I'd be dead. No e-mails, no dvd's and $78.xx gone! Today I went to the website and guess what??? It's vanished without a trace. I wish I would have checked this site out 1st. Now I'm going to try and contact my bank to see if they can go back and trace it for me. Very hard lesson learned. Glad it wasn't more money then that but it sure is easy for all the crooks with the online ordering now days. I will be more cautious from now on!
