griffin ford/service dept / overcharge
I was overcharge for work that was not done on my car. Kelvin(service dept) told me that the E-Harness was wet. 1 1/2 days my car was in the shop. The dept claim to have taken my car apart. A total of $280 was the price at first. But i end up paying $162. How can they just put a price on "LABOR" without it being on the board in the customer service area... YES A RIPOFF!
