greyhoung bus / inconvenience
my seventeen year old daughter bought a return ticket to come home on spring break.( university of pittsburgh pittsburgh. the return ticket stated LEAVING NEW YORK AT10am on 03/15/2009 my daughter arrived at the port authority at 9am the 10am bus should arrive in Pittsburgh around 8pm to connect to the bus that will take her to the campus. Greyhoung did not leave new york terminal until 12.02 pm this inconvenience with no other explanination but that the company over -booked the 10am bus . Unfortunately this will leave my daughter at the greyhoung terminal after nidnight. Why do they always overbook the buses leaving college students and other passengers stranded. A refund or discount should be made to all those passengers that were inconvenience.
