THIS JUST IN: Kelly 'If I Can See It, I Can Steal It' O'Neal's cousin, GREG O'NEAL of PHILOSOPHY DESIGN, is now using designs and merchandise stolen by Kelly for Philosophy Design projects! Greg may not be aware of his cousin's extensive criminal history (we doubt that though), so to be supporting the ongoing criminal behavior of his cousin's scam company (Legacy Trading Company, Design-Legacy, Kelly O'Neal's Interior Design and a host of other aliases) is completely unethical and possibly criminally conspiritorial. Let's hope PHILOSOPHY DESIGN doesn't turn into another Dallas area swindler's haven, ripping off local artists to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars!

Not surprised people are posting about this guy's [censored]bag cousin Kelly O'Neal and lumping him in with these scuzzes. We know people who have bought items from Greg that were gotten through ### Kelly and his Legacy Theft Company...that this guy goes on here to deny he comes from a con man family is hysterical! Everyone knows that this (rotten) apple doesn't fall far from the (diseased) family tree! LOL

Hey 'Vanessa' - First, you apparently don't even live in the Dallas area, so you have no idea of what Greg 'I Steal Just Like My Big Cousin Kelly' O'Neal has or has not done locally. And as for your list of 'positive' press...we can point out a number of inaccuracies, exagerrations, obfuscations, misleading info and downright lies in each of those articles, all information falsely given to his interviewers by Greg. Oh yes...hopefully, O'Steal2 hasn't posted any of those pieces under false prestenses, like Rene 'I Steal Too' Gutierrez does for Legacy Trading Workroom for his 'partner' Kelly 'I Steal, So What?' O'Neal.

Its really sad to slander someone without actual facts. No invoices, court cases, complaints with BBB. Just accusations. Especially when its against someone who is respected by the design industry. This is sad, and cowardly.

'Tim Halter' is a fake name used by ### Kelly O'Neal and his staff. Very, Very sad.

I know that 'Tim Halter' is a fake name used by Kelly O'Neal to try to fix his tattered reputation. Do not believe one word of any positive posts about him on this or any other website...I found out too late what his real face looks like and gosh! is it ugly.

I have been working with Kelly O'Neal and Legacy Trading Company for the last two years on our new home. He has been involved in every aspect of the design process. He continues to go above and beyond the call of duty and has always been there for us. We would whole heartly reccommend him to anyone. His work has been outstanding and there is no quesiton that he is completly honest and operates his business with integrity.

These posts are funny, but not for the reason Mr. O'Neal thinks. We tried to work with him and couldn't have found the experience more difficult and his attitude more trying. We are also well aware of his cousin Kelly's well-deserved reputation as a far-less-than-honest person and must say that if this is the kind of person Greg is patterning his ethics after, well, our experience now makes sense.

Hi again, Greg! After what I've learned about you and your obviously profoundly disturbed family, I would no more provide you with my direct contact information than I would give a toddler a gun to play with. Why you continue to humiliate yourself by trying to better people who already know about how you and your scam family operate is a mystery...I imagine it's some deep compulsion you have no control over, much like your cousin Kelly's kleptomania. Good luck! And please...please...get some help.

It is obvious that a problem with Kelly has been left unresolved. Although, I am not Kelly I can and would be able to put him in touch with you or whomever represents you, should you wish to provide me with your full name and contact information.

"Sandra", since you have an unresolved issue with me directly, I would like the opportunity to respond with you in person. If you will, please provide me with your full name and contact information, so that we can take care of your unresolved issues immediately. Greg O.

Hi Greg! Toby (to whom I gave information and whom you seem to have an almost pathological dislike of) needn't respond to your amusing ramblings...I purchased items directly from you just last year for my home that later turned out to be designs stolen from a local artist by your cousin, Kelly O'Neal. That I did not file a lawsuit against you for (unknowingly or knowingly) supplying me with suspect merchandise you should be grateful. That you, who of all people should know the well-deserved reputation of your cousin as a serial swindler in our area, is inconceivable. That you would have the nerve to try to defend and excuse your cousin's deplorable tactics leads me to believe that he has convinced you that money made by deception is an acceptable alternative to honest, straightforward business dealings. I, for one, will never deal with you or your family again...you might be wise to keep in mind the adage 'He who lies down with dogs wakes up with fleas'. Good day!

Toby... wow, you are such an amazing detective. You really, really have found out a HUGE scam that does not exist. So, Toby, why dont you share with me the clients that you have so amazingly identified that ANYTHING came direct from Kelly. I find what you and this entire website create, as a SAD, SAD, SAD place for people who have nothing else to do, but try to TRASH other people and their business' and their character, of which they obviously have no idea about, nor any involvment with the person or business that they are trashing. Toby the bad news for you, is that i do not promote who my clients are, so there is no way that you could have ( in the 9 days from me responding to this HORRIBLE WEB SITE) have "discovered" what you CLAIM about me or my business. Listen, I do believe that it spreading rumors about people that you do not know is just as DISHONEST as creating a crime yourself. So Toby, do me a favor... LET IT GO! Living with resentment will cause you so much more pain than finding happiness in your life. I hope that you can find happier, healthier and better things to do for this world than focus on me and my business. So let it go and live each day a better person. I don't know you either, but i do believe that you deserve more that all of this craziness. I wish for you all the best, Greg O'Neal

Despite Greg O'Neal's profane ramblings (above), it's very clear that in the O'Neal family the nuts don't fall far from the tree. We have checked our information: Greg has, in fact, used cousin Kelly 'If It's Yours, It's Mine' O'Neal's inventory in his projects (artists swindled by Legacy Trading Company, Design-Legacy, Kelly O'Neal's Interior Design, among other aliases, have confirmed this); it's impossible to 'resolve' being swindled out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by sociopaths like the O'Neals because they have the morals of a scorpion and the ethics of Jack the Ripper; as for 'crying wolf', we've already started the process of shutting the (now) extended O'Neal scam family down by practicing our right to inform the public, vendors, customers and artists of how this gang of con men and women work (many stores have already dropped Legacy merchandise and refuse to work with these thieves again); and lastly, the truth is a defense to any accusations of 'spreading lies'...it's looking like Greg O'Neal has stayed 'in business' for nineteen years the same way his pathologically corrupt 'cousin' has, by swindling, stealing and fleecing unsuspecing artists and the public and then crying 'Foul!' when anyone he's stolen from calls him on his criminal actions. And to you Greg, we say goodbye too.

WTF! Your need to pull my business into a personal business dispute between me and my cousin, makes me suspect YOU, instantly. Get a grip on yourself. I do not purchase or use my cousins inventory. His design concept and mine are two totally different beasts. So A) check your facts as well and B) try to learn to resolve un-resolved problems in a better way than spreading lies about someones business that you do not even KNOW ABOUT, MINE! sorry, but the boy that cried wolf rarely finds many listeners. GOODBYE!
