Greg maintenance llc is a total scam. He will take 50 or 30% of your money and literally walk away. I am filing a civil lawsuit on monday. They stole my money. The wore he calls girlfriend and his father are part of the clan. Buyers be aware. They are truly a fraud. I am reporting them to the bbb and home advisor. I'll do anything within my power to unmask theses thugs. They treat their workers like crap. They underpaid them so that they could profit all.
The public needs to be made aware that anybody associated with any of the names above is part of their devious schemes. Gregorio Ramirez and his son Jorge Alberto Ramirez are thieves. I know that sooner or later I’ll be able to pin them down through the court system, so they’ll be forced to indemnify me for the damages I incurred from their theft. The address they list as their business address is fake. I actually paid the sheriff 3 different attempts to serve them the court notice but, was unsuccessful. Since then, I’ve actually moved on with my life as normal, however, I know this story has not ended. I am sure I’ll find them, and when I do, I will reopen the case so long as the statute of limitations allows me.

They steal people’s hard-earn-money by promising to obtain permits that they are not even licensed to perform, or even contracting on repairing stuff, but after they get their deposit, which for me was $2, 300, they walk-out. I went to the extent of researching their plate #, to find out is actually registered Gregorio son’s girlfriend. People this is a “21st-century contractor MAFIA” hands-down. Think about it. Stay far away from GREG Maintenance. I hired him to build a pool and landscape our yard as I was amazed by his previous work pictures on his website. Much to my dismay I found out the pictures on his website were stolen and it was not his work. My pool looks nothing like we were going for, it was not done in time, and Greg is extremely hard to work with.Greg has a complex to him and is extremely cocky. I was doing a full renovation on the house at the time and he argued and fought with every one of my other contractors. When I expressed my displeasure with him and his work he mocked me and responded 'LMFAO'.
DO NOT HIRE EVER! Greg is possibly the most difficult, unprofessional and combative contractor anyone could hire. I am chosing to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation due to his overly aggressive nature. The work he was hired too do was not only subpar, but it was way over budget and took MANY months over the initial schedule to complete. He is a dishonest businessman and should have his license revoked. I do not recommend this person to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time and angst with this one. These positive reviews have to be fake! Just awful. If I could give negative stars I would. I was prompted to write this after running into someone else who hired him and was having a beyond terrible experience with him as well. Hopefully this saves others from going through what I had to experience. You have been warned.
I just saw your post regarding the complaint regarding Greg Maintenance LLC. I was not aware of any of these issues. Several people have complaint about it. They been working on my house for the last 2 weeks. I gave them 50% upfront, after finding out about the complaints I confront them and they stated those where people who hate them and wanted to affect them in some way. I need help, I gave Jorge my home depot credit card and found out days later he was buying not only construction materials but also: tools, equipment, american flags, water packs, among many other things. When I confront them they stated that was needed, but the fishy items they will remove from the final price, I left it slide and now things have escalated to many other issues. I'm ready to kick them out of my house, but I need some information on what steps to follow in order to not loose all my money and the time I asked to be off to supervise these people. Please help me, I'm scared and at the same time very upset about this whole situation I have put my family into. Please HELP ME!

They had my husband work a fuull day and rhey didn't pay him for it.. We have 3 kids 12 and under, would like to see people like this off the work industry because they don't care about families like ours that only want to work to survive..
