You can get through to Customer Service. Call the number on the back of your card, select the option to report a lost or stolen card, once you are in the queue, the system will prompt you to enter your 16 digit account number or your SSN. DONT ENTER ANY INFORMATION! The queue will ask you for this information several times, and will then transfer you to a representative. This is the only way I have found to get through to anyone... and be prepared... Customer Service is in another country or at least it sounds that way... Every person I have spoken to, who represents GreenDot, has a heavy foreign accent and is very difficult to understand.
