Green Dot I asked to speak to a supervisor

I called the customer service number and request to speak to a supervisor employee by the the name jen diat advise me that she would get a supervisor placed me on hold and then got back on the phone and told me a supervisor would call me back I never received that phone call not only did she like and tell me a supervisor would call me she told me no I could not speak to a supervisor. I work in customer service when a client asks to speak to a supervisor a supervisor is supposed to be contacted as soon as possible. Especially when it involves someones hard earned money you need people to get your cards we don't need you without customers you make no money correct treat customer with respect. Then I proceeded to call back to find out only that I was blocked from making any more calls convenient. Number is [protected]

Green Dot green dot/atm

First off my name is lafondra brown and I have stage 2 stomach cancer I used an chase atm that took my money off my card and in return I didn't receive any money. I talked and called several times to talk to a representative that told me that I have to wait til jun 27th to receive my money I cannot go 14 days without my meds or my cancer will surely go up to stage 3. I begged and pleaded with them for help I didn't get any help once I was told fill out the dispute letter online I did that I was told also that you all no longer accept disputes online I don't know whats the truth and whats a lie I cannot continue to have people playing with my life. If I cannot get any help with this situation to get my meds in this life or death situation I will call a lawyer. These representatives on both ends are playing with my life and I have children to try to take care of I need this situation rectified quickly my life depends on it I even sent a receipt and photo afterwards I emailed them this and still no help please help me

Green Dot never receive card

May 30 i ordered a replacement card but never receive it in the mail. Because I moved from 4942 glenns rd Gloucester va 23061 to 13382 George Washington memorial highway saluda va 23149. This is not the first time I had a problem with green dot sending me a new card. I asked from a new card because money was removed from my card by shoe drazzle. I would like to get my money off that card please. Asap.

On May 30 I ordered a new card but I never receive it. Because I moved from 4942 glenns rd Gloucester va 23061 to 13382 George Washington memorial highway saluda va 23149. Green Dot I want a refund

On june 8th I tried to load my rush card from the 200 greendot card I gave the numbers to the repersentative that answered the phone at greendot customer service. I never received it. I have all receipts and call logs. How can I get my money back. I use moneypak at least 4 times a month and this has never happened to me now I am terrified to use this company. It was so conveinant for me to send and receive funds from family and friends. That money was sent to me because it was my twins birthday june 8th and we had nothing they were so dissapointed and it hurt me sooo bad to see them this way I havent stopped crying since. Also noone can afford to loose that kinda money. Please refund my money.

Green Dot turbotax prepaid card for income tax

I have called this company several times can't get live person.
I have veerified with federal and state income tax and both of my income tax money went on a card that green dot never sent me.
I have money out there and can't get because this company never sent me my card.
I'm very upset there holding my money.
I will have to take further action if my card or money isn't sent to me in a few days.

Green Dot pre-paid debit card

I have had a happy experience with Green Dot up until about two hours ago. I was making plans and purchases for what was going to be a long-anticipated vacation next week. I say "anticipated" because as of 1am this morning, my current Green Dot card - the one that I have been using continuously for over 18 months - seems to no longer have the "correct expiration date" according to the Customer Service representative that I just spoke with on the phone. Despite the fact that I have had multiple purchases over the internet and with other merchants every week for a year and a half using the expiration date on the card that I am holding in my hand, Green Dot wants me to believe that all of a sudden, the expiration date on my current card - which has worked perfectly up until tonight - is no longer valid and has not been valid for a year and a half - despite the numerous purchases that have been approved over that same period of time. As of this moment, the only two options that Green Card is offering to me is to issue me a replacement card - which will take approximately "three weeks" to reach me - OR- to close the account altogether in which case that check would take four weeks to reach me. I am sure that all of this is covered in their "Terms of Service". I am also sure that they have presented themselves as being competent in handling the money of millions of people around the world as well. And so I am left in the very difficult position of trying to comprehend their reason for my account being locked up - that my present card with its expiration date that I have used continuously over the last eighteen months has suddenly become "invalid" in the last twelve hours. I can not begin to imagine how this could have happened except for a data processing error in their software, memory system, or an operator error. What I can imagine very easily is that I will not be going on vacation next week with my family, that the deposits I have already put down for the trip are now gone, and that they have in essence over two thousand dollars of precious money that I have no reason to believe is going to given back to me any time soon - if ever.
I know that I am going to have to tell my family in the morning that we will not be going on vacation next week - or perhaps at all due to this incredible "explanation" that I have been provided in the last hour by two different representatives of Green Dot. And as so many have pointed out, I was told that there was no supervisor for me to talk with and that they would take my name and number and have one of them call me in the next twelve to eighteen hours. Needless to say, I am not hopeful that whoever calls - if someone calls at all - will have the authority to correct the error by Green Dot and "make me whole" again. This has been such a disappointing experience especially given the fact that I have not had a problem with this company. However, this is also the first time that I have had over $500 on the card and so far, I have resisted the temptation to extrapolate from those two facts. Any help that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am frankly pessimistic that Green Dot is going to step up and do the right thing by quickly correcting their mistake. I am trying to hang onto the hope that I will at some point this year see my money ever again.

Green Dot debit /visa card

I have been using my card about 10 times and 50% of the transactions are declined. This is quite embarrassing when there is money on card. I understand being cautious about fraud but this is getting ridiculous. I would be better off just buying a gift card. I thought I would try this out first. Now I tried to use card at grocery store for a 10-12$ purchase and it declined again. I called next day and it said card was inactive? Don't know why, but I called customer service and I just hung up after being on hold for 32 minutes. If this normal just tell me know because it's exhausting and too much trouble. One night, I had to call 5 different times before I got helped to use my card, (because of declined purchase) and I still had to wait hours to use card. Please explain problem or what to do differently because I am ready to cut up card. Thank you for listening and you might need more people answering phone if 30 minutes is normal, or too many problems to deal with since I've had to call so many times.

Green Dot my green dot card being blocked!!!

I just purchased my GreenDot card and put my weekly payroll check onto the card. Got a message this morning saying it is blocked! I've tried a 100 ways to try and speak to someone! Nothing! Go to the website where they say to send photo id and is a complete load of bs! No way of sending my photo id to get my card turned on so I can buy my kids some food! My cell is [protected] someone needs to contact me immediately!

Purchased a greendot prepaid visa at walmart in london, ky and it's already blocked! I put this weeks payroll money on it and can not spend any of my money! No way to buy anything! My number is [protected] someone from greendot needs to contact me asap! My kids need food! I need gas to get to work! Every number you try to call! Nothing! Can't even speak to a representative! The website where they say to send photo id! Is a joke! No explanation on what to do! People need their money and I can already tell this company takes nothing seriously! How did they ever get accounts! And walmart needs to check companies out a little deeper if their going to sale their products in stores! Very pissed! I was even gonna have my payroll direct deposited on this card! Not now!

Green Dot green dot card

On of about 2/3 weeks ago attempted to take $400 out of my account at an atm machine. The machine did not give me the cash but Green Dot took the money out of my account. Fine. Our cardholder agreement states after 10 days green dot will replenish the funds. Not only have they not done that, but their are a bunch of explanations I'm getting that do not exist in the agreement. I have my lawyer involved now because well that's $400 of my money. People have lives and bills and family to take care of and this is not ok. If I'm wrong they can take it back but the agreement needs to be changed. It's out of my hands and will my lawyer and green dot now. But do not trust this place. I just want what is mine. That's a lot of money to hold and not give back. Very angry.

Green Dot credit charges, that were paid and then disputed from your end and then returned back to greendot which cause negative activity on my end

I made a purchase from my card in 11-19-2015 to a rental car serviced and paid with my card and it was cleared three months later the charges were reversed because of some type of dispute that did not come from me but from greendot which caused me to owe 153 dollars again that was already paid, and I can not rent a car through enterprise until this is resolved asap! My name is regina blackmon. I tried to call the dispute center on several occasions but they kept putting me off they also kept me on hold for an hour waiting for a supervisor, I will be contacting a lawyer with this matter, my social is [protected] hope to hear from you asap, thank you.. I bought a 140$ green dot debit visa card at Admiral gas station in Marysville mi 48040 on Gratiot Blvd 5-12-2018 have been trying to get money from card since have receipt proof of purchase from bank on printed form copy of s. s card copy of licence copy of address copy of card front and back name phone number my birthdate everything asked for proof money still on card. Cant access money still try to send copies to [protected]@greendot.com can't access site denied reference number [protected] to be put under subject excess denied. Cant send them another copy said didn't receive first copies I sent on 14th. My phone was not activated so borrowed a phone from x friend took all pictures to send on his phone sent to correct place his phone died could not erase my info from his phone now he has all my info screwed by greendot admiral gas station where card bought. Now my info us out there great company

I bought an 140$ greendot pre-paid visa debt card [protected] I have been trying to get the money every since then have tried to do everything asked for sent allinfo on 12-14-2018 from a differnt phone mine was shut off borrowrd a phone from an x-friend now took pictures of s. S number. Copy of drivers licence. Proof of address. Date if birth. Copy of card front and back. Copy of reciet. Reference number sent to company rr@greendot.com. His phone died couldn't erace my info now he has all my info went back to store where purchased. Was told to get proof card was paid for evev though we had there reciet got proof from bank on copied paper. Went back to store said great I will take care of this by manager tried said 140$ still on card. Manager was denied help to us. Was told to resend info tried denied excess to website download now cant resend info now my info out there again. Had to disabled other accounts to protect myself now lost all contact with family had to change my phone number lost there numbers can't get them back. Greendot. Admiral gas station in marysville mi gratiot blvd still has o my money no help from anyone please help me I just want my money no more no kess 149$ please

Green Dot my card lock and poor customer service

My card was lock and no one trying to help my money on this card I sent over everything they ask me now they want unlock my card someone supposed to take the lock off they lied I hate this because it cause me to be late on my bills my kids hunger this not fair and the number on the back of the Walmart car those plp can't help you with [censored] I really thinking about getting a lawyer because this don't make no sense I never had this happen to me..

Green Dot greendot card

I get my checks direct deposited to my green dot card and 2weeks ago I ordered a new card cause my black strip is wore out well now my card is blocked ive set multiple emails trying to verify myself and called and can't get no where. I have about $61 on there they send my checks back but I still have money on card they refuse to give me. I have tried many ways to resolve the issue but am at a stand still with them.

Green Dot walmart prepaid card

3 weeks ago a dispute was filed on my card. I have tried several times to contact customer service and nothing has been resolved. I was told a new card was mailed out to me and I have yet to receive it. I have a balance of $580.10 on this card that I cannot touch, which that money is to pay my bill's and food for my family. A resolution needs to happen ASAP to fix this situation.I was given a website to upload my I.D but can't because it's saying it May be for sale. We are hard working people who are having our money stolen.

Green Dot mastercard

On 5/15/2018 at 12:53a.m. i bought a green dot mastercard at 7 eleven in pomona. I put $80 on card and payed a fee of $1.95 I called customer service to activate card and spoke to somebody to confirm my info. Then i tried to order something online and it said payment declined. So i called customer service to get balance and it said no money on card. The person i talked to also said no money on card

Green Dot cash reload at the register

I have been loading cash on my card at Dollar General and paying my bills for months without a problem. Last wee I tried to load cash on my card and their register showed the transaction was blocked because the computer was down. When I returned the next day, I encountered the same problem so I called Green Dot customer support. The rep I spoke to logged the problem and said to expect a return phone call. I didn't get a call back as of yet and checking today resulted in the block remains to be in place so I can't add money to my card. My card doesn't expire for another year and I have an auto debit bill pay being processed in a day or two. I have made using my Green Dot account an ideal and convenient way to pay most of my monthly expenses. I would like to continue this process, moving forward. Your help expediting helping me reload cash on my card is greatly appreciated. Than you.

Green Dot debit card

Husband give me money and waited weeks for a card wth my name on it for weeks. Came wth a block on it on arrival. Its been a couple Mon at which time my money has gotten lower as 100.00 lower and still a block. Y'all accepted the last of many photos of I.D. and the last trouble shooter spoken wth said shed put urgent and would take 14 hours. I haven't heard anything...wtf

My card was shut off and I need it turn back on. I sent the my documents and they couldn't read them or something. They are constantly taking money off the card even though I didnt do anything to get it shut off in the first place. I have been patiently waiting for some help. This has been going on since February.

Green Dot transaction denied

On 3/29/18 I made a purchase with dell and half way into delivery green dot contacted them and said it was not a legitimate transaction and that I was not the account holder. Dell then apparently refunded my money but i've received nothing. I contacted green dot and they insist they don't know what dell is talking about and that I should file a dispute. I have filed 2 now as well as emails to show proof of my transaction and denial of delivery from dell and green dot says my disputes and claims are denied and not "eligible" for recovery of funds. This company is a freud and needs to be sued and shut down.

Green Dot walmart money card

My account was hacked nine days ago. I have filed the dispute forms, I have called, and I have patiently waited for my money to be credited back. It has yet to happen and no one will help me get my own money credited back. I will never use this card again ever!
The date was april 28. Someone in california used my card for a hotel room for 175.00 (which I would never spend on a room!). I need my money now. I need my money now and am furious that I am suffering because a criminal hacked my account. When I called saturday, again, they had no record of my dispute. So I emailed them about ten more copies of the dispute! This is a horrible company.
