Green Dot moneypak load

I purchased a moneypak to load on my card on 9/16/2017, I created the login and attempted to load the funds I put on the moneypac. It would not load, and the next day and today still I cannot get into the I was told by my card issuer that sometimes the moneypac does not work, so I ordered and received a new card and tried to load it on 9/28/17 and everyday since.

I have called the moneypac number, in fact the only people that knew the number are the moneypac people, because they asked for the number first thing and every time I would call, when ever someone would answer the phone anyway, I then spoke with someone and Yesterday I was told the moneypac had already been used.

Green Dot green dot

I was trying to register my green dot and the keep board when id get to the 4rth number each time woukd switch it and im not sure what mistake there was but i never finished registering never put all my information and everytime i try to call it says my information and social is wrong but i never finish purting it and im having problems i need to speak to someone to help me and every number you guys have is a operator.

Green Dot walmart money card

I am submitting a complaint about my card. My card was cloned (I assume dince I still have the card) and then they were able to take $800.00 out of my account in the same day. I filed the complaint on the phone within 5 mins of finding out about it, I found out the day after it happened and submitted the form via email the next day. My claim was denied.
Since I still have the card and nobody has my pin# how is that not fraud.
Also how can someone take $800.00 out in one day when I have been told my daily limit was $400.00 at an ATM.

Green Dot I called green dot with concern that fraud occurred

I contacted green dot recently regarding a money Pak purchased by my father for me, I was informed that I had reached a limit and couldn't load the money Pak to my green dot card. I then looked up money Pak customer service on the internet, the top or first listing is the number I called, that individual is the person that took the money Pak funds from me. Green dot emailed me indicating you are not responsible. I am very disappointed, I thought you would do more to help me with this. Every dime counts for me so this really hurt. It's sad that you don't care about your customers.

Green Dot green dot more like green don't

I can't believe your company would take peoples hard earned money and then put a block on the money that they need in order to live. I don't know how you guys sleep at night knowing that you're screwing people out of their money by having them submit documents of their ID's and then make them wait more, all the while you can charge for your monthly service on the card, but yet the customer can't use it, but your company can sure make sure you get YOUR money, right? I am a customer that has been fighting to get my $340 bucks from the crap company, only to be put on hold for over an hour. I want the block taken off my account. Green Dot card is invalid

Hello, my name is Soleil gott. I bought a Green dot card at my local Walgreens in Miami about 2 1/2 weeks ago, I loaded it with $150. When I went to register it online, it's coming up that my card is invalid. I have also tried to use the automative system with your customer service number and it won't connect me through. I have tried numerous times to speak to a representitive but have no been able to. I really need to use this money for a bill that is now late and I need this taken care of. If someone can please contact me as soon as possible. It's going on a month now and can't use my card! My best number is [protected]. Email is [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.

I purchased my geen dot card at a local dollar general. I loaded it with $200 when I purchased it. When I call or go online to activate/register my card, it says it is invalid and there is a block on my card. Then I was sent to a site that wants a picture of my ID for verification. How can sending a pic of my ID verify anything when I never had to give any information when I purchased the card?! I need this money asap. Please help me fix this

Green Dot visa prepaid debit card

On 09/06/2017 I purchased a green dot prepaid visa card for $170.00 at walgreens on 200 w. adams at 9:58 a. m the card did not register & I tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem with your representatives. I was given this means to see about my refund. I was very inconvienced & penalized for not paying a bill in a timely fashion. please correct this error & refund my money

Green Dot i'm claiming identity theft

My name is Nina Wilburn, I received three emails on September 8, 2017, while I was in St. Lois, MO from Green Dot Walmart Money Card stating, "We have identified unusual activity on your card. To protect your funds, we have to temporarily turn off your card. The email was requesting documentation of proof of me being the owner of the card. I do not have a Walmart Money Card.

On the same date, September 8, 2017, I received another email stated, "Welcome to Walmart MoneyCard, I will receive my card in 5-7 business days. I did not order or request the card. I have not received the card if I was supposed to receive it. Please look into this matter and advise what steps need to be resolved.

I received an unsolicited Gobank Mastercard Debit card issued by Green Dot bank today. Drove me nuts trying to get ahold of a person. Finally just started hitting buttons on the phone. Got ahold of a gentleman who said he would close the account and would not allow another account to be opened using my SSN.

Green Dot dispute

On Aug I reported my card stolen and filed a complaint. On Sept 8 my dispute was denied and case closed. I since that time have requested my resolution letter explaining why my dispute was denied especially after I'd been hospitalized during the time my card was being used. I also emailed green dot a statement from my Dr verifying I was hospitalized. GREEN DOT BANK IS NEGLECTFUL REFUSING TO SEND THE PROPER PAPERWORK DO THAT I CAN HAVE AN ATTORNEY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. Green dot don't want to be responsible however they are. I have filed a complaint with the better business, I've gone to social media, as well as community activist to help. So for veges fourth time I'm asking for my dispute resolution letter

Green Dot can't access the card at all

Saying Im entering an invalid card number. Won't even let me register the card at all. Everytime i call the card I can't get threw to anything. I waited a couple of days to try it again. But still it did not work for me. So I tried to getting in contact with someone and finally got someone on the phone today. So now im trying to see what the problem is. I want my money. It was a 40$ purchase

Green Dot prepaid cash card

Dear Customer Care Team,

My name is Lianfang Liu, my phone number is [protected].

I bought three prepaid greendot visa debit cards, each loaded with $500 cash on August 28, 2017 from local Walgreen store. They are NOT registered. I requested refund for all three cards by calling the phone number provided on the purchasing receipts on Sept 1, 2017. I was told refunds will be sent to me by checks in two weeks. I even asked the staff who processed my refunds for a case number. I was told there is NO case number, I just wait, the checks will come in two weeks. Now three weeks have passed, I have not received any refund checks. When I try to call the customer care phone number provided on greendot website, it gets me nowhere, since it always ask for my card number, when I entered my card number, it would tell me it is an invalid number. Then I would not be able to proceed to get any help to find out the status of my refund.

Would you please check in this case, and tell me when my refunded checks will arrive?

I have all of purchasing receipts and cards kept in my record. If you need a picture of them, I can take pictures and send them to you through attachments. Please let me know whether you need those.

Green Dot green dot visa my rewards card

I went to family Dollar and put $20.00 on and before I could make a single purchase the money wallet gone and I was left with a balance of .42¢ and I never even had a chance to make a purchase. I later find out that they have charged me for the last two months maintenance fees. I have not even used this card for the past two months. I have never been charged for maintenance fees when I have not even used this card for a single purchase. I expect to be reimbursed for the two months maintenance fees. I have not ever had this problem with any of my cards. Thank you for your time and consideration. I will be in touch soon.

To whom it may concern I have been trying to get my money from your bank going on a week and a half only to be told I cant, I need to get a new card so new one was ordered. I was told it will arrive in 3 business days which is my second replacement card. Then I get a email stating that some unusual activity which is me calling to find out why my 1st card has not come? Then you ask me to send my ID online which I cant because the when I try to I get and error message saying card number is no good all I want is my money it seems to me you guys don't want me to have it can we plus get this issue resolved as quickly thank you

Green Dot cash back rewards

I have Greendots cash back rewards.But i tried requesting some for emergency purposes and they said you gotta wait 12 months.Other cards let you remove it as you need it or want it till you would hit the salary cap like greendot has $100 i have $62.Please i earned it and should be able to use it.They should give you the option to use the money you earned anytime.

Green Dot green dot prepaid money card

I recently got married and I have changed my SS# and Drivers License and every thing. I tried to get a new card with my new name on it and they said to purchase a new card as they could not change it. I purchased 2 new cards and STILL cant get a new card as their system says my name does not match my SS # on file! Cant change it in their system! I am not sure how I can verify my name change and no one in the customer service help line can help me nor direct me in the right direction! They sent me and email saying there was nothing wrong with my card. Welllll no crap! I need to speak with some one who can actually help me change my name and SS# on file so I can get a new card. I am having many issues with purchases as my name does not match and I am not going to carry my marriage license with me all of the time. Please help!

Green Dot my credit card

I went to use my card and there was two companies that I never heard of that took money from my card . my case number for disbuit is 6029796, I am hoping to get my money back on my card, I was told to call these companies and try to resolve this they will not speak with me. so now I am leaving it up to green dot to please get my money back for me as I need it for my bills.

Green Dot everything

Greendot is [censor]. They are always having problems. Customer service is very rude. No communication skills what so ever. Because of greendot, I have missed very very important meeting and such. They never update you on what is going on with them. Like for example. The send money option. It was down for a month and I have received not one notification stating such. When it was time for me to wat to send money I could not do it which caused me to miss out on a very important even. They are unprofessional. And I would highly highly highly recomment that you never you greendot. I am sick and tired of greendot [censor]ting me. And I do not want anyone else to go thrpugh what I went through with them. Find another prepaid debit card to use. Or just open up a bank account. Greendot is [censor] and I will no longer put up with their crap!

I bought my cards from local store!I had 2 buy 2 cards to put $500 each on them 1 was for me the other was for my Boyfriend!i was able to use my card 2 times he was able to use his once next thing u know they locked them so we thought well when we get our cards n the mail this problem will b fixed and it's not I've sent pictures of our id's like requested and I've called every # given and never do i get to speak with any1 ! I am very mad I have money that I can't spend and I need it and I want it now!

Green Dot loading!!!

I brought green dot reload card $500 I went online to put funds on my card
message come up we need to check identity before we load your card please
upload state ID or Drivers license. We will get back to you in 30 minutes.
After I upload my ID they tell me two days. I was loading the funds to pay
my car note! Which is due today 9/52017. Why would I steal from myself. It's my money. For now on I will be going to a check cashing or Wilmer, CVS Walgreen to load my card. This is very inconvenient.
