I purchased a Green Pan set from Target and anything cooked in these pans stick after the first use. Stay away from them. Target refused to issue a refund. The manufacturer does not answer e-mail. I don't understand how Todd English can endorse this product.

Not good. Bought the 13" frying pan at "Sur Le Table", Manhattan Village, L.A., Ca. and took it home to Panama with the idea that I had bought the proper pan for preparing "torta española", egg, onion and potato pie preparation
that requires flipping to cook both sides and am not impressed at all. The "torta" sticks to the bottom and it ruins the dish. I cook to reduce the tension not to increase the tension. Photo for what? The dish is a wreck. I am headed back to LA in Sept and I may take it back and see what the policy is after 1 year of use. Now, I must say that it works well for cooking chicken breasts but not the "torta" which is my wife's favorite meal as strange as mey sound.

I have had my Green pans for 2 1/2 years and I am experiencing wear on the outside bottom of all the pans. I have a glass top stove so the pan is not in contact with metal to wear it down. Now I can't use them because they will scratch the surface of my stove top.

I HATE THIS PAN ! Its going in the trash the only thing it could
be good for is News Years Eve. When my kids go out and bang pots and pans together. The only thing green about it is the color.

I have had my green pan for over 1 year and have never had any issues. I bought them at target, and am wondering if there are certain sprays like PAM that cause issues.

Hello,

I purchased the flat pan and bigger fry pan, at shopco. At first the pans was holding up to the commericial which were great, but after the first washing I could see that pans where trash, 1. after using the flat skillet with pork chops I could see that ridges on the pan doesn't get clean, I have even tried letting it soak but the only thing that achieved is the grean coating off the pan. I am so glad I didn't buy the whole set onling. I will never buy any more pans from company..

I am very surprised if you purchase the original Orhangeen pans from Bed Bath and Beyond or on line they do work. I have had my two pans for almost a year and they look new. First of all do not use PAN Cooking Spray in the Pan that will mess up the pans and everything will stick for some reason. Use a little coating of cooking oil, oilive oil or butter ( small amount and coat the pan and they bring to up to temp. When cooking or frying their is no need to have these scalding hot! I put my pans on Med heat and everything come out Great! food Fry's well and chicken and fish is tender and crispy. My husband likes to make fried potatoes and it works very well. I give my pans a 5 STAR and have requested tha they make a 8 Inc Fry Pan and Wok and a roasting pan. DO not use SOS pads on the cookware at all for this will destroy the coating on the pan. Just use a mild soap and hot water by hand. I do not use the dishwasher for these pans at all. I would suggest that you purchase another pan the original at Bed Bath and Beyond and try what I have suggest and see if it works for you. I would also contact the company and send the pans back for a refund. You need to purchase the Original Green Pans. I hope this healps I love them.

I have had the same problems. Also purchased from HSN and paid $160.82. Calling HSN in the morning to get directions for refund. Will most likely need to contact Green Pan as the purchase is over 90 days although all but two pans are brand new. Given their advertisement this is certainly fraud.

I have had the same problem with this cookware. I thought I was doing something wrong, however I was seasoning it as the manufacturer suggested. Everytime I use it whatever in the pan burns to the side. I have had to scrub them so hard that my husband has had to take over because I was hurting my arm and I was tired! I purchased them from HSN, so hopefully something can be done. I paid $100 for three pans with lids. NEVER AGAIN!
