They called me today telling me they aren't during me but are filing criminal charges on some loan taken out and the guy was rude and had bad customer service skills they called from a unknown number and never verified who I was or if I was even the said customer so looks like I'll be telling my sister they gave me her whole social security number and also advised me where she worked 🤷🏽♀️

Harassing phone calls from a payday loan service I NEVER used.
They have me confused with a coworker who has the same first name, and a last name that is only slightly different. They will not believe I am a different person. They started calling MY boss (as well as the right person's boss who owes them money), my cell phone, and insist I am the same person using two names. Their real debtor is a bus driver, I am building maintenance.
I filed with the FTC, BBB, and my HR representative is trying to contact them to get them to leave me alone and only bother the correct individual.
I would really like it if they actually did their homework and recognized there are TWO people with different last names. A couple of letters makes a difference!
This company wanted my Bank Login information, and I'm sorry but I am not doing that, why? So somebody can go wipe me out?
