Green Dot federal tax refund

The IRS released funds yesterday to my card. It still hasn't posted. For your claims of being so "convenient", you certainly have caused me much inconvenience. It has NEVER taken this long to get my refund from any other source in the past. Even mailed checks were faster! I will NOT be using Greendot in the future for my income taxes, nor would I recommend it to others.

Green Dot my direct deposit

Today is now 2/22/2018 I had a federal direct deposit come to my greendot account as of right now I still haven't received my cash called the irs it was sent what is going on I see thousands of people on multiple forums upset with greendot visa, greendot bank also walmart greendot about funds not being disbursed my mom has this card she said she never had a problem that's the only reason I opted to recieve my federal tax refund on this card I've also set up payroll direct deposit for my job but will have to opt out when I get to work I have health issues and the stress I can't do especially with me being a single mom and the curve life throws you I need my cash when its available to me not after.my mom just called she has the same deposit date as me and she don't have hers neither

Green Dot my card is blocked

I ordered my card 1/29/18 the rep said I would recieve it by 2/5/18 I didn't recieve it I called on or after 2/7/18 a rep mailedbme a new card I have received my new card but its blocked I've sent my upload state issued identification I've emailed it about 10 times I keep getting the run around what to do now I need my money could someone contact me concerning this matter

Green Dot can't get my money out even after speaking to supervisors look at this problem

one of the worst companies. we have been on the phone four times, I cant get my 300 dollar out because they put a block on it as an agent placed replacement card I didnt ask for. now I am trying to call back to get my 300 out and they blocked me from speaking to customer service rep I cant get through at all as if they blocked me from speaking to them via phone after I enter my card number. I need my money Now what is going on?

Green dot blocked me out of my account. I have been calling them even had my attorney on conference call. They still have us the run around. I have a remaining balance of a good amount of money on my card. They refuse to give it to me. Green dot is a joke they steal from you .

Green Dot my card was sent to me by mail with a lock on it

Green Dot unauthorized hotel charges

I've had a transaction in pending status for 6 days now.The transaction was paid with another card and I've contscted customer service and they continue to provide with inaccurate, unreliable, and various reasons as to why I am having this issues.
The customer service reps are rude and the managers are unhelpful and have no idea what they are doing. This card is a scam. Definitely go with a different card or pay with cash.This card is not worth the headache

Green Dot green dot moneypak card

I was the victim of a telephone scam. On 12/21/17 I received a call, telling me there was a warrant for my arrest, and that I needed to purchase two Green Dot Money Pak cards for my bail.The scammers insisted, that the cards must be purchased from CVS pharmacy, 625 West Clinton St., Ithaca, NY 14850. Both cards were purchased on 12/21/17, Green Dot card # [protected], for $150.00, and Green Dot card#[protected], for $325.00. The first card for $150.00 was cashed by the scammers, however, the second card, for $325.00 was flagged as invalid and the funds never received by the scammers. The scam perpetrators remained on the phone with me, until I purchased the cards. They insisted on me giving them the card numbers, once they had the numbers, they directed me to go to the Tompkins County Sheriffs Department, to surrender myself. Upon arrival to the sheriffs, we discovered that I was scammed, as they had no warrant for my arrest. I filed a sheriff's report, with Deputy Sheriff, Kyle Davenport, C&R # S17-13938. My wife reported one of the cards on your website, before we left the sheriffs dept. Later that night I received another call from the scammers, asking me to repeat one of the card numbers, as it had come back as invalid. This was the card my wife had reported before we left the sheriffs office. I have tried numerous times to have the $325.00 returned to me, with no luck. I have attempted to call Green Dot Company and when I tried to apply for a refund, I received a message that my card was not valid. I have not been successful in talking to a company representative, as their automated phone service does not allow it. I am disabled and live on Social Security, $325.00 is a lot of money to me, I am sure the money is still on this card, but at a loss on how to recover these funds. I am attaching a copy of my receipt. Please can you help me find a way to contact Green Dot, and speak with someone who can help me to recover the $325.00?

Green Dot card not working

I purchased 4 pre paid visa cards at walmart store 12504 u s Route 60 Ashland, Ky on 12/16/2017 as Christmas presents for my children, I paid $100.00 plus the $4.94 fee for each card, three of the cards worked fine but the last card when I tried to register it online kept saying invalid card #. When I purchased the cards, the cashier was having a problem trying to load a card, she sent me back to the kiosk to pick out a different card, punched some numbers on her keyboard and said there, the card is loaded. I left the store with my cards never giving it another thought because I have purchased gift cards through wal mart previously and had no problems.
Every phone number I have called does not offer a live operator to speak with, I expect some resolution on this card.

Green Dot green dot prepaid card account

I have had a Green Dot card for three years or so. My pay is direct deposited there. In '17 I deposited at least $70K to it. I noticed my balances seemed low a while back. Since I don't have home internet I cannot access the online app to access transactions. I have to call the service # and listen to 5 transactions at a time. There were withdrawls not made or authorized by me, in small amounts but 3-6 times a day. I called cust service, they cancelled my card and would send me a new one. I gave the woman my new address at least twice. She told me it would arrive on the 11th. I told her my rent was due and I had no access to my funds, can't we expedite this.? She said that was not possible, she had already placed the order and could only place one per every 24 hours. Why would she not tell me about expedited service before? She said I could wait 24hours and call again to expedite a card, it would come on the 8th. I declined and waited. 11th came, no card. 12th came, no card. I called back, they had sent it to my OLD ADDRESS! I HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER CARD! I PAID THE $15 to expedite it although I didn't screw up, your agent did. Meanwhile my landlord is angry because I could not pay my rent. My card finally came on the 17th, and on that day I received a three day pay or leave notice from my landlord. I went to activate my card, and couldn't because you have a block on it! I tried my old card and the new one, same result. I could not even get access to a customer service person. My alternatives were (1) take a pic of my state ID, send it to you, and after 2 business days I would find out if my ID was accepted and the h)block removed. ? This is UNACCEPTABLE! Why didn't anyone mention this before? I could have done it while waiting the first or 2nd time I wauited! And I see plenty of other people who did the same only to not have their IDs apprioved. Now I am almost 3 weeks waiting to be able to get my funds and pay my rent! Now 3 paychecks have gone in since I have had a working card! I did nothing wrong! I didn't lose my card. I didn't overdraw my account! I just reported some unauthorized withdrawls. Also to get those withdrawals credited back I have to write a letter or email listing every disputed charge then wait 10 business days more to get a decision then? who knows till I get a refund? Frankly I would just take my cash elsewhere and close my account, but after I see how fine your customer service is I don't want to find out what your ex-customer service is like, or how much trouble I would have getting my funds, let alone getting these withdrawls back! Why do you have a hold on my account? Who took those withdrawls out? My landlord is threatening to go to court this week to start eviction proceedings! You have my LAST THREE PAYCHECKS! STOP treating me like a criminal! I am VERY UNHAPPY with your company! I stopped any further direct deposits until this is fixed.

Green Dot my wallet had got stolen

I have 2 charges that I never authorized any of these transactions on my card I want my money returned to me immediately one was for a hundred or excuse me one was 489 and some change the other line was 455 something when was for iCare Solutions and 0ne was for I'm not sure what the other one was but that was 55 and some centd I called you guys and you said you guys would send me a form I still have not received it I cancelled my card I'm not happy you guys charge me $4.95 every time I use my card which I think is very unprofessional and an acceptable please contact me back as soon as possible [protected]

I purchased a green dot card added money to my card used it about 2 times and then when i try to use it again i find out i have a block on my card. So i go and submit my i.d and im being told my i.d wasnt accepted. I just want my money thats left on my card. I will never use green dot ever again and will never recommend this to any one. Yall try and rip people off of there money

Green Dot moneypak refund

I purchase a green dot moneypak card April 2017 and it was not able to be used on the prepaid I had and was trying to load money on. I submitted a refund request and was told I would get a refund check in 4-6 weeks I never got the refund. I call customer service and they say money pak is internet based but they have no where to file or make a complaint. It's going on almost a year and I haven't received my refund

I am filing a complaint to the FBI. I should be able to get my refund in store. I bought a money pack yesterday and couldn't load money to my card when I know it would be accepted. I have to go to work and I use Uber/Lyft. I am filing a report with FBI. I am so pissed off and frustrated. I want my money back ASAP.

Green Dot green dot visa card

I alerted the company about two fraudulent charges from the same company on 12/30/17. Since then, they have closed my card, issued a new one, and blocked the new card. I have sent all of the information, INCLUDING an admission in writing from the company that placed the charges on my card. They continue treating me like a criminal, asking for a photo of my ID which I sent twice, I am still have no access to the $22 left in my account, and the stolen funds have not been returned to my account. I have been a cardholder for about 8 years, and I cannot believe the way that I am being treated!

Green Dot green dot blocked my card and unable to get my money left on my card

On December 28th my card was blocked when I called to see why they said there was unusual activity on my card, and for my protection it was blocked. I tried to submit a picture of my drivers license, my phone does not take good pictures and it was not accepted by your company. And now anytime I try to call, I am not able to speak to anyone, I have tried multiple times. I have 275 dollars left on my card, I have had this card for a while now, and I pay my bills with this card, and deposit money, and I have never had an issue until now. Green Dot green dot debit

It's 27 degree's to night I bought the card 2 put money on my electric. But after buying it I could not even use the card. I have a minor child in my home. I think it is unacceptable to get someone's money an they can't even use the card for The reason they purchased it. The lady was no help at all. Now let her tell her child o sorry I paid the money but we got 2 sleep in a house with the temperature at 27 degrees. I will NEVER buy another green dot card an will pro test to anyone u see buying 1.lousy company and a lousy card thanks for nothing

Green Dot prepaid visa card

I am giving the card as an anonymous gift to a niece traveling to Europe this summer.

I purchased the card today at Wal-Mart. I asked for, and it was verified, a rep in the store customer service department told me the card is good internationally, and the rep verified this with the store manager.

I purchased the card, loaded $500 and took it home. I have not opened and removed the card from the sealed packaging since I think the card holder is suppose to do that.

Reading the instructions on the outside package, it states "The card inside this package can only be used to make purchases in the US and cannot be used to get cash". To add to the confusion, on the other side of the instructions flap, it states you have a "foreign transactions fee - 3% of transaction amount".

So, which is it? Is this card good "everywhere Visa debit is accepted"? Please let me know as soon as possible. I purchased the card from Wal-Mart #05347 in Fort Myers, Florida, at 8:07:37 am, today on 12/27/17.

My name is kevin brossman and my account was recently closed due to "fraud". I have a total of $740.10 on my account that has been closed that I cannot retrieve just before christmas, and would like to know what type of fraudulent activity could possibly have happened on my card seeing that it was me that has been putting money on it? And why can't I get ahold of anyone that can actually tell me why I cannot get my money or open another account with greendot again? I suppose I have to wait until green. Calls me to tell me that I can have my money. I want an explanation! And my money back!

Order Information also remove the Seller advertisement Page say SOLD OUT CLOSE advertising new item cost. Sammy Dress Contact information is a ticket to send a Message that they never respond too. The Chat line is non workable and their is no company address phone number listed on their website or on the internet directory. Pay pal deducts Cost for Sammy Dress claim I need the Debit Card number for this transactions that was used in 2015. they ask question like what was the email address used and cell number from 2015? Is impossible to remember so this gives them the opportunity to just drop it. Why can't they contact business associate get the information needed since I m a customer for them too. I was sent a survey on them made sure it was awful too. The bank and Pay Pal representatives are mostly foreigners n foreign country have heavy accent refuse to give you a supervisor or allow you to do a Appeal on the case after it was denied the refund. I provided them with all the evidence needed but they refuse to admit their wrongs correct their error. I am going report bank to banking Commission and license board, BBB, Consumer protection, State attorney General etc. and post on social media site about these rip off website. The website has to be removed CLOSE down to Protect other innocent valuable consumers from being rip off. I am also going report it to [redacted] although other Consumers have already done it. She claim I was right they're a big Rip Off Scam website and she can't find their address phone number to make her complaint final have them removed from online other charges can be filed along with it. Sammy Dress tickets don't respond to you no matter how many times you contact them its like they're 'Untouchable Ghost. I would like a Apology letter from Sammy dress and full' refund and monetary settlement for the Punitive damages. As you can see they have their tactics being used to steal consumers money by not listing their contact information or the buyers not wanting to pay for return shipment for items not as described, unable to fit, non delivery and unauthorized charges too. Heere below is the Unauthorized Charges. How can get my Money fro all these conspirators criminals if I need an old debit card number that the bank claim is not on record unable to locate the number is like me saying I lost your money in your checking account. Because ain't nothing I can do about it but let it go, No not my money for item never Order was delivered either. Green Dot restricted my account

On 12/15/2017 I returned an IPhone that I purchased at the Apple store.The issue I had was that the original credit card I used to make the purchase was no longer available to credit my money back.Normally they would have sent me a check in the mail, but for some reason that option wasn't available to them.So they returned it to a gift card and then credited me the balance on the gift card to my Green Dot visa.We'll upon walking out of the store my account was blocked.I was in hold for 30 minutes and was told that they couldn't trace the transaction and that I needed to send receipts in.I did what was asked and now it's a waiting game.I have no access to my money which includes my payroll check and Xmas is 10 days away.Once this is issue is finally resolved I will never do business with Green Dot again.
