Hello,
My name is Mahboobeh Ghalehnovi and I am a graduate student at University of Notre Dame lived at FOG. I am sending you this email because I have an issue regarding my previous apartment in FOG (Fischer graduate Residence). Bradley Company runs FOG.

I moved in August 2017 in Fischer Graduate Residence and moved out in 31th May (1.5 months ago). My roommate moved out in 29th May just two days before me.
After my moving out, they deducted from my deposit for cleaning my room plus the common areas of the apartment although I cleaned the apartment. But they only charged my roommate for cleaning her room because she moved out 2 days before me.
I emailed them (Vanessa and Erica) and asked about this issue, they told me to contact my roommate and talk about the division of that money between us. She is from China and now she went back there. I emailed her and texted in WeChat, Instagram applications but she did not respond to me. I should say I cleaned all the apartment except her room. I believe that people in Fischer Graduate Residence had to deduct from the deposits of both of us not only mine for cleaning the common areas. Also, I believe that this is not my responsibility to contact my roommate to get my money back however I did and she did not respond.
They told me "In this event that you still resided in the apartment after your roommate moved-out, the cleaning charges for the condition remained on your account as you were the last to be occupying the space."
However, I believe this does not make sense when I occupied the apartment just less than 2 days after my roommate moved out (She moved out on Wednesday around 5 PM and I moved out on Friday around 4 PM). It is too obvious that I cannot make the apartment dirty in two days however I cleaned all the apartment. I attached some pictures they sent me and they are as proof of this fact that I cannot get the apartment dirty in two days. I should say I spend lots of time cleaning.

In addition, I saw two things in the bill they sent to me which they are as follows:
1) They charged me two times 70 $. I emailed them and they confirmed and wanted to send me a check with 70 $ and still, they did not send.
2) I saw they charged me for the left item in the kitchen. When I moved in two years ago (2017) they were in the kitchen. One of the items is for the refrigerator. The other item is not mine nor my roommate and it is not fair that I should be responsible.
I emailed them and they told me that I am responsible for those items however they are not mine and one of them is for the refrigerator of the apartment's kitchen.
FYI, first, they deducted me 280 $. Now they want to send me a check 70$ (still they did not send). It means they charged me 210 $. 45 $ is for cleaning my room and 165 $ is for common areas of the apartment. I believe that I and my roommate should pay 165 $ but the Fischer's people only deducted from my deposit. Absolutely it is not fair to inspect the apartment in that way they did because my roommate moved out 2 days before me and now I am charged for all cleaning of the common areas.

I also attached their emails and some pictures. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my last email (25 July) yet.

I ask them to refund my money.

I appreciate it if you can help me.

7. Bradley company and great lakes capital will put your teenage kids in jail after they take your properties.
8. Lie, lie, lie. Bradley company and great lakes capital with lie because money to them is king.
9. Bradley company llc and great lakes capital llc will tie you up in court for years.
10. Bradley company llc and great lakes capital llc will never make it right with you.
11. No government agency will help you. No matter what law bradley company llc and great lakes capital llc break, it doesn’t matter. A private investigator found out that they have direct communication with the judges and attorneys. Government agencies don’t step in; they just keep giving you more contacts that don’t help.

These companies worked together to fraudulently take someone’s 21 real estate properties. They did this by not running their MLS listings and using their confidential information to buy their note from the bank. They strip the customer’s equity and take their cash flow. The properties were set up with restaurant equipment, hair salon equipment, fitness equipment, etc. Now by keeping his personal property the client can’t sell their assets to make money to defend themselves properly. Bradley hired attorneys that lied and cheated and said anything to the court to get what they want. The do not care about what they wrongfully took from their client and his family.
Bradley Company LLC, Great Lakes Capital LLC, Bradley Toothaker, John Mundell and their attorneys did this to their own client. They destroyed his family so that they could get richer. They backed an honest man who worked hard for what he had into a corner with their high priced attorneys. The saying “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer” is true, and this is why.
They ruined this man’s life. He doesn’t even have the energy to get out of bed in the morning. They did this all while their clients 84-year-old navy veteran father was dying. Do not do business with Bradley Company LLC, Great Lakes Capital LLC, Bradley Toothaker or John Mundell.

Do not do business with Bradley Toothaker or his companies: Bradley Co. and Great Lakes Capital

He is a liar and he is dishonest. He will steal your equity and destroy your family.

He took over 20 MLS listings for property for sale and never ran them. These listings were worth tens of millions of dollars of real estate. By not running these listings he caused a loss of over $50, 000 in rent a month for my friend. Bradley Toothaker took confidential financial information from this person, such as: rent rolls, income and expense statements, copies of leases. He took this information saying that he was going to refinance his loan. Instead of doing what he was hired to do, Bradley Toothaker used my friend’s personal information to buy his note from the bank!

He put Bradley Co Reality signs in the windows of my friend’s properties to deceive him and make him think that he has listed and was showing the properties.

Great Lakes Capital kept asking for information as if they were processing the loan for my friend, when in fact they were processing it for themselves. This stripped my friend of all of his equity. After doing this Bradley Toothaker asked the original owner to remove their personal property from the buildings. When he went to do this, Bradley had his 19-year-old daughter thrown in jail for trespassing.

Bradley’s companies used my friends company name and logos without paying him or permission. They also still have millions of dollars with of my friend’s personal property that they are letting their tenants use, without any sort of payment to my friend.

Don’t let what happened to my friend happen to you. He destroyed his live and took his equity, which in turn ruined any hopes of new endeavors.

In less than 6 moths I have watched tenant after tenant move out of their stores after Bradley Co. took swindled my friend and wrongfully took over property management. Many of these tenants have been in business for years. These tenants have families that are counting on them as their business was their only source of income. Their life, hopes and dreams are gone and they are left hopeless because of what Bradley Co, Bradley Toothaker and John A Mundell III did to them.
Stop them!

Stop these bad people and bad companies before they hurt more people. Stop them before they cause more people to go out of business. If they have harmed you, help to stop them by reporting their unlawful actions to the proper authorities.

Watch out! They will take your money and put you out of business. They don’t care, even if they are your own customer. They will hire good attorneys to save them from their wrong doing. Their attorneys do this work knowing that Bradly Company, Bradley Toothaker, John Mundell and Great Lakes Capital destroyed their own customers that came to them for real estate help.
Families, elderly, hardworking it doesn’t matter. Bradly Company, Bradley Toothaker, John Mundell and Great Lakes Capital LLC will hurt you.
I am warning you to stay away from these bad business people. They have ruined people’s lives. Do you want to do business with people like this?

Bradley Company LLC, Great Lakes Capital, Bradley Toothaker, Bryse Toothaker and John A Mundell III – You asked my friend to sell you his 22 properties and he said do no and wouldn’t sign with you and you bought his bank and put deeds in (your affiliate companies name. When he said no and no means no.

My friend hired you to sell and lease his properties and I don’t see any listings that Bradley Company LLC, Bradley Toothaker, Bryse Toothaker and John A Mundell III ran for him.
My friend hired you to refinance his 22 properties and gave you financial information to get a loan thru you used his financial information to get a loan for yourself and stripped his equity by putting deeds in your affiliate company name. This is not right Bradley Company LLC, Great Lakes Capital, Bradley Toothaker, Bryse Toothaker and John A Mundell III.
Now you are trying to sell and lease my friends properties on your websites that my friend worked over 35 years for and he came to Bradley Company LLC, Great Lakes Capital, Bradley Toothaker, Bryse Toothaker and John A Mundell III to sell and lease my friends properties for himself and get the refinance loan for himself and you stripped him of his hard earned equity from over 35 years and he was your own customer.
Who does this and gets away with this! He told you NO NO NO NO NO NO and you did it anyway as he said no to sell to you as you were his agent and Broker to sell and lease properties for him and refinance his properties and he know you were a conflict of interest and you went away and put his deeds in your affiliate companies name after he told you NO.
