Great Clips about the haircut I got from employee names jennie

My name is Parth Gundraniya and my phone number is [protected] from Vaughan Ontario. I got this haircut today at around 5:30 from great clips at 3582 Major MacKenzie Dr W Unit 2, Vaughan, ON L4H 3T6. Representative was someone named jennie. She was so rude and uptight. She completely ducked my hair. Once the haircut was done I asked her to just style my hair using hairdryer. She did it in the worst way possible. At the end of the haircut while paying by mistake I got the expired coupon from my car as the new and older one both were sitting besides each other and she didn't let me go get my another coupon . And when I asked for her name she kept denying to say it as she kept asking me why.( if her service was appropriate I guess she wouldn't have hesitated a bit to give her name). I'm never goin back there again at this location ever again that's for sure. I just think the amount I paid 20$ wasn't worth it. Not even a lil as now I've to go someplace else to get my hair look presentable. I would really hope that I could get refund for it. I'm attaching my receipt down here. Great Clips haircut

The hairdresser said "Whoops"
She chopped my bangs into fragments and apologized for the miscommunication. I didn't have to pay for the service, another stylist (Cookie) tried to fix it, and to no avail. There is no fixing it. She blamed it on the sharpness of her scissors.
I left a tip for Cookie anyways. That was terrible, my worst nightmare come true. The stylist was nonchalant.

Great Clips haircut

I always go to the same salon ask for the same Barber and the same haircut everytime. He never has any issues always gets it done perfect so that's why I always go back. This time I pointed out a couple things and he kept going shorter and shorter, I usually do a two on top with a no guard on the side and a high fade. The fade is all the way on top of my head and it looks so bad I had to go down to a one on top. I refused to keep saying anything about it because I was worried that I would end up bald at the end of the day. Not happy whatsoever I still gave him a tip for his time and because I always do but I think I may be looking for stylist next time.

Dear Great Clips INC.:
This letter is to notify you of the poor customer service I received at the Lady's Island location in South Carolina. I checked in through the online app on Sunday September 23rd and arrived at the location a little after 11 am for a blowout service. I checked in with the receptionist whom then went over to the stylist to inform them of the service I was requesting. I then heard two of the stylist say no I am not doing it, which made me feel uncomfortable. Then the receptionist returned to tell me that they do not offer the service on Sunday's because they are busy with military clientele. I responded that I did not see this online or posted in the salon that this service is not offered on Sundays and could I please speak with a manager. She then asked me to give her a moment to go in the back to speak with a manager, she returned and reentered my name in the computer saying that now someone could do my hair. By this time three customers were serviced ahead of me. The receptionist asked if it matter whom did my hair I told her no, I just prefer not to have to pay and beg someone for service. She took me to a stylist by the name of Kathy or Katie whom was not at all familiar with my texture of hair but tried. Finally, the manager Ms. Major took over and did a wonderful job. This was a truly horrible experience with Great Clips and I have never experienced customer service like this ever, if it were not a Sunday I would have left. I felt belittled by the staff with exception to the manager and the stylist that attempted to blow my hair out. The manager and receptionist did apologize but this did nothing for being treated this way as a customer and I cannot see myself doing business there any more even though my hair came out great. Customer service means everything to me I am willing to drive 45 minutes to Bluffton, SC and pay twice the price rather than being discriminated by the stylist that work for your company. My purpose for this letter is so no one else would be treated in this manner. I look forward to hearing from you concerning this matter.

Great Clips no service

Did my online wait arrived at the salon and was next in line. Another customer came in and they were pushing me back on the list . Stylist and manager on duty decided for me to be pushed back even though they knew I was waiting. Store Lubbock, Texas on19th and Quaker . I will never recommend this establishment to anyone poor customer service I am going to report to BBB in Lubbock.

Great Clips hair style

I would like to address this complaint to Mr. Rob Goggins. This complaint refers to Great Clips, Hunters Creek, Orlando FL [protected]. Ticket #494138; 3:35 PM Sunday 9/23/2018; stylist Fay. I explained to the stylist, Fay, that all I wanted was a shampoo and blow dry and to pin my hair up off my neck on top of my head or at least at the back of my head.. My hair is short, the length is in line with my ear lobes, so I didn't expect it to be difficult to do as it is not very long. Fay was nervous and didn't seem to know how to handle this request, so I tried to explain again. Then the "manager" came over and whispered into the stylist's ear while I sat there. After this manager left, the stylist informed me that her manager had just told her that what I was asking for was considered an upsweep and it was going to cost me $24.00. I was astonished as it was obvious that Fay, nice as she was, was not doing a very good job. I then told her that everything was fine and I got up, paid the $24.00, plus $3.00 tip for Fay, and left and I don't mind telling you I am furious. First of all, when that manager came up and whispered to the stylist that this was going to cost $24.00 - without addressing me or explaining anything to me, at that point what this manager was doing without a doubt, was extremely rude. I also noticed that said manager, was giving me attitude. First off, I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. I do not know this manager's name, but she obviously has absolutely no customer service talent. I was not upset so much with Fay which is why I still gave her a tip, but this manager needs to be hauled out of this salon and given some customer service training. Plus, I left with the back of my hair looking like a jigsaw puzzle. I do not blame Fay, she needs more experience and that is why I still tipped her.. But this manager should be fired. I also got the feeling that said manager was kind of enjoying making a little bit of a scene for the other stylists standing around observing all of this. Miss Manager was enjoying a little show of her power. But I was the victim here and most definitely this was price gouging. Just for your information, I am a 74 year old white all American female and I know that this manager cares not at all about her customers, but only what she can suck out of individuals, such as me, financially. As far as I am concerned, however, she's disgusting and most definitely not an asset to your organization.

Great Clips haircut

I went yesterday into my local/closer great clips location, to get my usual haircut (I've been a customer for about 2 years now) and yesterday a nice lady that has never done my hair helped me.
Unfortunately she hurt me, I can assume she is newer to the profession, however I assume I'd be fine. It's been over 24 hora and now I'm starting to have white heads coming up from where I got hurt. I'd like if possible a refund or my next cut to be free. I'll just make sure to go to a different representative.

Great Clips haircut

Dear Manager,

I try my best to keep my hair short and simple so no mistakes can be made. I get a #7 clipper cut all over. How easy is that? All you have to do is clean up the sides and back and I'm out the door and your stylist makes a $3 tip. You even keep notes and know ahead of time exactly how to cut my hair. Still something like this happens.

Men can tell a good experienced stylist from one with no experience. There's many that should consider other careers. I never tell them that but maybe you should.

Please remove this stylist from your employment.

Please explain to me how you address these situations.

Great Clips rude staff!!!

I went to Great clips in Westside Market,
5570 FM 423,
Frisco, TX 75034

I was there for my twin boys' haircut, the stylist ‘Thry' was very rude since I had a preference for a particular hairstyle, she said she is doing me a favor cutting the hair the way I like otherwise she does her own thing... and she would not cut hair the way I asked...
Moreover, the other lady ‘Mila' saw me having stay away from the broom, since I didn't wanted the loose hair get on my feet and shoes, she with a nasty laughter brought the broom right next to my feet and this is while in midst of my boy still on the chair getting a cut and when I froze in the very corner with the chair and broom, she wickedly started telling me to move otherwise she will broom on my feet! My husband came for my rescue and told her to give me space to get out of the corner so she can get the hair ... and her laughter was super loud after that... this was completely unnecessary of her cleaning and was very obvious with her loud laughter that she only did it since she knew that it was bothering me... (I call such people evil) !
Honestly I'm not even sure if these complains even matter...
Highly disappointed with your staff...

Great Clips haircut

I went in to get a routine haircut but came out with a partially shaved head, random long hairs sticking out and scratches on my neck. I've been coming to the Evanston, IL "Great Clips" for a long time now and have never had an issue before yesterday, it's unfortunate because I truly do enjoy the service and the staff but the bottom line is; I paid for a service and along with not being given that service will now have to go and get my haircut at another barber in order to correct the issues. I don't want anyone to get in trouble I just want my money back.

Great Clips haircut

Went to Great Clips in Litchfield IL for a hair trim. I do not know the stylist name. I told her I wanted my hair to grow and told the stylist? ? to just shape it up and how to cut the nape of my neck as I have cowlicks and my hair cannot be cut straight across in the back. She cut my hair with a razor and scalped me. Also, the back of my hair was awful. My cowlicks stick straight out. I paid $15 and now have to spend more money to have someone to even it up. One side is cut shorter than the other. I will not go back to any Great Clips ever again. I would like my money refunded.

Great Clips management

I just had to quit my job due to feeling threatened and harrassed. The manager Debbie at great clips on sooner in del city said she was writing me up because she had to help me three times and I would not stand there and watch. The first time she did even out a customer's hair for me. I walked off and asked her where the first aid kit was because I had just cut myself and was bleeding profusely. The second haircut I was not finished with and she came and took over because she normally cuts this guy's hair. I did walk off on that one because I felt as if it was unprofessional to just come up and take over. The third time I asked her to buff out a line for me because my clippers aren't that great to do so. I know how to fade but no matter how much I went over the line it would not blend. After I corrected her on the write up she came real close to my face and yelled at me "do you want me to correct it then." I stated yes. After that she says well now I'm writing you up for being late today. I asked her how was I late and I was clocked in by 5 o'clock. Which is what time I was scheduled for. She stated that she told me to come in 10 minutes early and I was 8 minutes early. Although my station was set up and ready to go by 5. I will be doing a complaint to corporate also. If you are looking for a job I wouldn't do great clips. Or at least make sure the manager is not on a power trip and lying on you and yelling at you while everyone is standing around. I have never felt so intimidated in my life.

Great Clips child haircut

Took my grandson Dewane in today to get his haircut and the lady that did his messed it up wouldn't listen that she was not doing it right he has pieces that are longer then the rest it's shorter then the way it was supposed to be and he has a lot of red marks on his neck from her using the shaver to close we will never be back again we took pics of his hair that we have to fix after paying Davina to do it this is ridiculous

Great Clips great clips on high st. lexington ky

Rebecca the manager told me that my niece had knits in her hair that it couldn't be cut . The store was full of people very embarrassing. I took her on down to the Great Clips on Pimlico Parkway where I was told that she did not have anything in her hair. I think that Rebecca just didn't have the skill to cut the child hair in layers. It's a shame that she would say something like that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great Clips hair cut

Had a hair cut done by Monica from the St. John, IN location. She had the right length but some of my hair was missed and cut unevenly. There were 4-5 places I ended up trimming myself when I got home. I never really do complain about the service, but the experience left me frustrated as she wanted to argue her points of view while cutting. In particular she brought up her boyfriend smokes e-cigarettes and how they are much safer than regular cigarettes because she buys her refills in Indiana and knows it is safe. I really didn't care for the conversation and the fact that she was so preoccupied with the front desk. Will not want another hair cut from her again.

Great Clips customer service

Today in the afternoon, I checked in online at this Great Clips located at 9836 Brewester Ln, Powell, OH 43065. When I showed up at the store, my name was first on the display screen. The lady stylist who was working with a customer asked me whether I checked online and I said yes. She said she would be right with me in couple of minutes to take care of me. There were two other lady stylists in the Salon and one of them who had just finished with another customer. So I waited for my turn. In the meantime, three customers walked in (onw was on-line check-in with a child - others I do not know). One of these two stylists (Patty - her name) totally ignored me and she took the customer with the child first (eventhough he arrived later but had checked online). I kept waiting but then Patty checked in two customers and assigned them the remaining two stylists, totally ignoring my presence although my name being first on the list. So I started asking the first stylist (who initially said she would attend to me) as to why I am not being served. She was embarrassed with apologetic face. So I asked who is the Manager so that I could file a complaint. At this time Patty stepped in. I started asking her the same and told her that the first stylist knows I was in the salon before all those three customers being served. She was very rude and did not even bother to check with first stylist and said that she is only subbing. I felt very bad and humiliated and told her to remove my name. Patty told me to file the complaint on line. Hence this complaint.
I have been a loyal customer at this salon for past 20 years or so and never had such an experience. From now on I am not stepping into this salon against.

I hope you do not hire stylists like Patty and provide proper customer service training to the staff.

Great Clips haircut

I will not ever go back to a great clips. I have had pleasant past experiences at theVirginia Center Marketplace in Glen Allen, VA but this last visit is my last. My hair looks like a 3 year old child cut it with a blunt knife and the left side is at least 1/4 inch longer than the right. Jasmine was very unconcerned that my haircut was professionally done. They offered to "re-do" but I live too far away and frankly don't trust them to repair the damage. Still waiting for a call back from the manager.

Great Clips haircut

Went to shoppes at greensboro for a shape, trim and left, almost no hair on my back and a crude cut in front. The young man realized he hadn't cut the back correctly which prompted his attempt to fix it. He had access to my history of cuts on the computer. I asked him to fix it. He kept telling me he had to cut the front to fix the back.in the process he cut my front uneven and did one side in one style and another side in a bushy style... Suffice it to say it is god awful!,

The woman at the next station should have been able to step in and help but she didn't.

Great Clips haircut

Went to Blaine great clips for a haircut. Gal was very chatty with everyone but me.
Called corporate to complain & they passed my complaint on to store Mgr. No one ever called. Kept calling to report I had not received a call. I ended up getting a apologize from corporate & a $20.00 gift card.

Well. Few weeks ago I went to get my hair cut & found out the chatty gal also messed up my hair. Left side by ear ok right side by ear cut wrong. It was confirmed my supervisor on duty

Now I have shorter hair than I wanted. I have to grow it out & hope it does not look to bad

I reported it to corporate & got a call back & they did not care. I never even got a apology.

I will never go back to a great clips.

Great Clips bad haircut and extremely disrespectful service

On 1 June 2018 at approximately 6:45 pm, my wife took my stepson Clarence to the a Warner Robins, Russell Parkway Great Clips for a haircut. Clarence (my stepson) received a haircut from Samantha. My wife and stepson were yelled at by her while she was cutting his hair, within earshot of other customers. She truly butchered his haircut and it was not what he asked for at all. Samantha continued to be verbally abusive to my wife and stepson during the entire visit to the store.
I feel this may be due to racial bias as both Carol (my wife) and Clarence are from the Philippines. If thes matter is not addressed immediately, I will take this matter up with the Warner Robins government agencies dealing with discrimination and harassment, the Better Business Bureau, and to social media with photos to inform the general public of the kind of service they can expect from your employees.

This is also the second time Samantha was verbally abusive and butchered my sons haircut. Approximately three months ago the same individual did exactly the same thing to him, demonstrating a pattern of racial discrimination and verbal harassment as an employee at Great Clips.

Hopefully you are sued for libel for your false claims of racism. It is very childish and foolish for you to play the race card without proof. Would you still think that this is discrimination and if the employee was also from the Philippines? The true racist is usually the one that plays the race card without proof.

Oh for crying out loud stop playing the race card. It makes you sound uneducated and childish. I hope they sue you for libel for false claim of discrimination. Do you know how foolish you sound claiming that this is racial discrimination without proof. Usually those that play the race card are the true racists. If the employee was from the Philippines would you still consider this discrimination? Fool.
