Great Clips hair cut

I went in to have my hair thinned out a little and more of a v shape cut and I got butchered. My stylist asked another to help her. The girl did one side then the original girl tried to finish the other side. They kept cuting more untill I was so angry and almost tears as they showed me the back I stormed out if she knew she couldn't do the cut why did she try and try and screw up instead of telling me she's not confident and I could wait for who was

Great Clips theft

I went to great clips here in Longmont, Colorado up on Hover Road
Got my hair cut with a coupon of $6.99 and left $3.00 tip for a total of
$10.00 but when checked my bank account it read Great Clips had
charged me $11.99. I do NOT appreciate being stolen from. It got
addressed the manager is sending a coupon for free hair cut but
that is besides the point. No person should add extra to their benefit
and I am NOT a person that has money and everything I get is spent where
it needs to be spent without someone stealing from me...I am not a
happy person at this moment and yes it is just $2.00 but still.

Great Clips customer service rude employee and not concern manager midlothian texas

We need to get my haircut at great clips in midlothian texas get my haircut there before they even opened I was the first one there get my haircut then employee decided to tell me how I wanted my haircut she would not wet my hair and cut it who refused to cut my hair the way I wanted it after I got upset with her she told me the best you leave with the manager sitting right there didn't say a word I went back to go talk to the manager not knowing that that was the manager he said she knew about it she said what do you want me to do about it she didn't even apologize thank you for all that customer service. Great Clips epps bridge athens ga employee complaint

Employee said my grandson had lice. Said his hair was "full of nits". My son-in-law was very surprised and couldn't see anything. My grandson was humiliated and burst into tears because this was in front of horrified customers. The hairdresser sold my my son-in-law a $50 lice kit. My daughter took him back to the store earlirr tonight and asked another employee, Jodie, to show her the lice. Where were these supposed 'nits'? Jodie couldn't find anything. Then, searching desperately, she said found one 'nit' in the middle of a hair strand. My daughter saw nothing. They were all rude. Terrible way to handle a nine year old child!

Great Clips hair cut

Stafford great clips has brought there kids to work and you hear telling in the break room. I had the slowest hair dresser it took me a hour before my hair was done. You hear them talking about there previous clients and how they didn't want to do there hair. it's not a very pleasant enviorment and you can tell they don't care. My hair cut took long and still was not satisfied she did not ask me proper questions to what I wanted.

Great Clips haircut

I just got what I thought was going to be a haircut at Greatclips on 23 Mile in Shelby Township, MI., and realized that this is the worst haircut I've gotten in my adult life, and I'm 44yo. Brenda rushed me through the haircut, I was in and out of the salon in 6 minutes. My hair will now need to be hidden under a hat for the next month, until I have enough hair grown back to be able to go somewhere else and get this disaster fixed.
I'M SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. This lady (Brenda) should not be cutting ANYONE'S hair. I had been a loyal customer of Great clips for years, now I will NEVER go back.

This may have been an isolated mistake that she made. When you were there, did you ask for a refund or a re-do? You should be able to go back and have them correct it for free if I recall correctly.

Great Clips unprofessional

I went to my previous salon in Stow, Ohio on Kent road which has closed and found a handmade sign that I thought was very unprofessional. Maybe if the sign wouldn't have been drawn in an unprofessional matter it wouldn't have been so upsetting. It was a tacky way to try and get more clients. I feel there is more professional ways to build a business and the sign was a lame way to try and do so. Especially since it was posted over a sign that already had information that I needed to see.

Great Clips manager at great clips salon

Her name is Chantel St Denis. She manages the salon in Schenectady at 3413 state street. She is 20 years old not even old enough to drink but has a drinking problem. Shes missed days of work cause she is hung over and has problems scheduling her staff. Giving the staff their schedule 2 days after the week as started. Or changing the schedule to suit her 2nd job at the bar. Also her girlfriend is in and out of the salon most of the day. just hanging out. Or chantel clocks out during her shift to pick her girlffriend up sometimes rolling the clock back. The salon is in bad shape cause of the horrible manangement. Not sure how a cooperation your size puts a 20 year old irresponsible mananger on staff. Look at your numbers for that salon. They suck and its mostly cause of the b.s. surrrounded by the mangement .She needs to stop drinking and do her job. Other stylist have left this salon, myself and 2 others because of her.

Great Clips service

First off id like to say i liked goin to great clips. But recently they hv been very rude when u call there. I hv one certain girl i go to every time n i drive a long distance so i usually call to see if shes there. I understand no givin me her schedule but u can at least say yes or no if shea there or not.. The girl who answerd the phone today was rude. I knew the girl that cuts my hair was there today so when i calld i askd is she busy n she said yes. I said can u take my # n hv her call me whenever shes free. She said "what is it you want". First off that set me off. I wantd to ask her who she thought she was talkn to but i could tell she was young n uneducated bout how to deal with customers. Needless to saymy girl that cuts my hair never calld. She probley didnt even get my message or #. So i will not go back again (been goin for like 8 years now) its sad that this young girl lost a good customer for uall. And if anybody should ask where i get my hair done (and im a server n bartender and i always got askd) it wil no longer b great clips. Anyway jst thought id let you knw and nxt time she talks to someone like that i hope the nxt person cuss's her out.. Then mayb shell realize you jst cant talk to people that way.

Great Clips inappropriate conversations among staff in front of child clients

I brought my 10 year old daughter into Great Clips on Saturday, Sept 30 @4:00 in Cranberry Tiwnship PA on 19 by Giant Eagle. There were 4 stylists. One of them started cutting my daughter's hair. Another stylist began discussing cross breeding humans? They proceeded to state that incest was cross breeding humans. The girl that was cutting my daughters hair then proceeded to say "Wouldn't it be awful if your dad told you your mom was also your sister?" Then they began discussing Italians and cross breeding. This went on for 10 minutes. I took my daughter off the chair in mid haircut. I told them I couldn't believe they were running a business, refused to pay for their services and left. I then proceeded to a salon with educated professionals. I will NEVER ENTER ONE OF THESE PARHEIC ESTABLISHMENTS AGAIN. My 10 year old is now asking me what incest is and how your mother could also be your sister. DISGUSTING UNEDUCATED AND PATHETIC

Great Clips service

I Checked in on line at Calgary (Sundance) location on Sept 27, 2017. It was supposed to be zero minute wait. But when I arrived, one of the lady barber was just sitting in the front chatting with a friend while I have to wait 20 minutes before the other barber was free. Other customers that came in was told by the lady chatting that there was a 30 minute wait time and told to leave if they want. The Chatty barber keep talking and finally sat her friend down at the barber chair and cut her hair while telling new customer there was a 30 minute wait and turning them away.

your sign in online policy is stupid. advertised as WALK IN. when I arrive I am told we are waiting 3 on line sign ins to come in. she said it would be an hour wait. I came back and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. as I was waiting 3 on line sign ins came in and were taken back immediately, I would have sat there for hours. I walked out, not one employee asked me stay. I don't have a problem with on line sign ins. you should have 2 cutting hair for those and 2 for walk ins. you are telling the public walk ins are not welcome, we will get to you eventually . I will not be treated as second class. your staff on duty today were rude . I will never step foot in your business again.

Great Clips haircut

On 09/14/2017, I went to Great Clips in Lakeside, Store #1756, at 9:00AM to get my hair cut! When I got there, I was greeted by Carolyn! She is very good at her job because she cares about the customer! I think that good comments should show that there is also caring people who work for Great Clips and they love their jobs!
Carolyn is the reason I come to this store! She always has a smile on her face and listens to what my hair needs are! I'm disabled and come in early in the morning! I'm always there before the store opens so I can get in and out in great time! Carolyn has treated me like family and this is great for customer's service!
So, I loved the way my hair was cut and I will return in six weeks to get it fixed! Thank you, Carolyn! and I'll see you in six weeks!

Great Clips manager

When they first opened, the manager was there and it was her turn for me, i told her I wanted this other girl, she said to me, IS It BECAUSE I AM A MEXICAN, i have never seen her before this time. I walked out. Recently i went back and was getting a hair cut from another stylist and she came over and started to spray my hair in front of the stylist, i stopped her, what is going on, she left then and i had a coupon from 12.99 to 9.99 and they would not honor it. The expiration date was a month off from that date. This is at 281 and hwy 46

Great Clips haircut and unacceptable staff

Earlier today, my dear friend, Brenda Searcy, stopped by your Kaufman, Texas location for a hair cut. This is the message she sent me about her experience.
I just went to great clips in Kaufman. I had my hair cut and the bangs were not right I never raised my voice and ask to try to change it. They ask me to leave. When I left the manger told me as I was leaving in front of everyone there that my bangs were not right because I was bald. I suggest you do not use great clips in Kaufman.
I am appalled at such treatment of any customer.

Great Clips hair salon

I was out working and saw a Great Clips and thought I would stop in and get a hair cut. This Great Clips is located at 12141 Manchester Rd, Depair Mo 63131 (right next to the Aldi grocery store).
I proceeded to go into the store and received a hair cut. There was no wait. As I sat down in the chair an elderly lady began to cut my hair. She could hardly move/walk around the chair. She was complaining about her knees and feet constantly. Needless to say I felt bad and did not want to complain about the hair cut I received as it was horrible. As I got done to leave I went up to pay for the haircut. I go to a great clips every 10 days and normally pay $14-15. They charged me $18 for the haircut I was unhappy with to begin with. Totally unhappy with. I said "$18 wow the prices went up" the lady went and got a manager. The manager's name was Lisa. I told her I wasn't happy with the haircut at all. She offered to do nothing about it. She told me the price was the price and was very rude and had a smirk on her face the whole time. So I paid for the haircut that I did not like and left. I do not feel that this is right at all as I am taking time to write an email on the weekend. I have 2 boys including myself that also go to Great Clips twice a month so we spend quite a bit of money there. Lisa's attitude was that she could care less if we ever came back to a Great Clips again.

Great Clips out of control, rude, violence

For several months now I have experienced rude treatment and witnessed some of the most unprofessional manager to staff behavior I have ever seen continued every time I return. I understand we are all human and people have good days and bad. This is why I am so steaming mad. I have been a loyal customer now since I moved to Southlake 4 years ago to your Great Clips in Grapevine on Park Blvd. I have never had a bad haircut and neither have my two boys ages 6 and 9. I have seen many stylists come and not very many stay. Recently your manager Amanda whom occupies the first chair closest to waiting area has made every visit to your shop not only uncomfortable but extremely unpleasant. It is almost as if she is so annoyed when any customer comes in to be serviced. I have witnessed tension between her and the other employs. I have not one memory of seeing her behave like someone I would want to manage anyone. I heard her shouting curse words at an older colored bald man who had showed up late for work a few months back and i asked the nice man that was there where the manager was, I was informed she was the manager. But today I was completely blown away by her outburst in the parking lot in front of your store.I watched her approach one of the stylists that has worked there and cut my sons hair quite often. We wait for Jenn who I personally have witnessed being bullied and talked down to in front of everyone just as she did the other man. I did not hear or see what went on in the shop but I pulled in to Thai Riverside to pickup my food and heard Amanda screaming and approaching a white car in a very confrontational manner shouting threatening to assault and had absolutely no self control. I was shocked to see the driver of the car was your employee. I do not know exactly what would dare be worth putting on a show like she did today but I know the difference between a leader and a tyrant. I hope you get control of this pathetic troubled young women she has poor customer service and her attitude toward your patrons is unacceptable. Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones that pay her salary. We will drive to Southlake and get our haircuts until she is gone.

Great Clips no customer service skills from manager rachel

Hello me and my sons stopped by yesterday and was greeted promptly from a nice gentleman as I asked him could great clips honor a competitors coupon for 7.99 a lady rudely intrarupted and said she's Rachel the manager of this salon and she would not honor our coupon or even welcome us she told us to go back and use that coupon at sports clips sadly she was very rude and not friendly at all we will never come back to bad I would have sent a lot of people to your location

Great Clips haircut

We asked for a flat top at Great Clips and instead got an extremely short buzz cut, not even close to a flat top. I had explained what we wanted for my son who was 11 and somewhere during the haircut the stylist asked my son about the number he wanted. She needed to consult me instead of a young child. He had school pictures that day and was devastated at how his hair looked. He looks completely bald! Unfortunately this isn't the first time great clips has butchered one of my kids hair cuts!

Great Clips hair stylist

I got my haircut at the one on Holt Avenue in Bay View in Wisconsin. I am 51 years old with a sassy short hairstyle. I mentioned to the girl that I was gonna color my hair the Denim Blue color by Garnier. She burst out laughing and said, don't! You will lose your job. I think I will look beautiful and they can't fire me for blue hair. I am very offended! I don't know her name but she is older around my age with long black hair...
