I wrote you an email regarding my apartment 91 at Grayson Falls. I called a couple of times this morning and still have not talked to anyone. I’m really fed up; I need to move out of there ASAP. I already talked a police officer, when my car got broken into for the second time and said it’s a safety issue, it’s the law. I know that you have other complex you can transfer me to or release me of my contract. That’s one of many of my problems, I have pictures to fax or send to whoever needs to see them. I have been a resident since November and my water heater has been broken many times ever since I moved in; it leaks water like crazy every time and when I call the office they don’t come and “fix” it till two days later, then I call and call and call. They say it’s “fixed”, but I’ll end up calling back 2 days later because it still broken. I’ve had to throw away my entire Christmas thing, most of my pictures and those can’t be replaced, purses, shoes, everything I kept in that closet! My carpet is soaked in the hall and my bedroom to the living room all you can hear is that squishing sound when you walk on the carpet. I sleep in my living room because of the smell, I cannot stand going to my bedroom I keep my cloths and everything I need in the living room. There is mold all over the closet and in the bathroom it’s making me very sick. To cover it up they used spray paint instead of doing it the right way. I have a bucket in the middle of my bathroom because there is three leaks, I keep calling maintenance and they still haven’t fixed it. I almost fall every time I go in there, it’s disgusting. I work 12 hours a day and keep my air and lights off, but when maintenance comes and “supposedly fixes” things, they turn my air on and leave my lights on, they don’t pay for my light bill, this happens all the time, and I always end up with missing DVDs; they also leave the dam door unlocked, when they leave my apartment! My window was broken, it took them a month to fix it, I would call every other day, I have nats and lizards, fly’s, love bugs, every kind of flying insect that can get into there. Six months later they finally come and change my dishwasher, and guess what it still doesn’t work, they just fixed my sink I had to wash my dishes in the bath tub for 6 months, how would you feel. I’m missing burners on my stove; my kitchen ceiling light is hanging by a twine. I’ve just recently been able to take a hot bath, not a shower because they still haven’t fixed my shower head. For no reason my hallway ceiling is leaking down the walls and it’s falling, I have no idea why, they also just spray painted to cover up, but didn’t fix it, it’s still hanging. I tried very hard to not curse in this letter, I know you can do something about it. You can email me back or call me on my work number [protected].     this is completely rediculous and unacceptable. something needs to be done and fast. clearly the "maintnance" staff has no clue of what they are doing. worst of all the "manager" has no desire to fix the living conditions. the living conditions are extremely hazardous. my boyfriend lives in these apartments and now im wishing i could get him the heck out. something needs to be done and soon. no one deserves to live in these kind of conditions. its not right.
