I purchased a commercial 721D Lawnmower from Grasshopper Mowers in Mound Ridge Kansas on 1-15-05. at the cost of $10.918.00.This is over 1 Year later and I cannot resolve reapir or refund-exchange issue. After very slight use for ca. 2 months, the machine fell apart. It took almost 3 months to get
them to initiate a repair. It sat in repair until Jan 06, they never notified me of findings or progress. Finally they said Grasshopper would not authorize any more work to be done. Today on March 6, 2006 I still have a machine that is worse than before and absolutely not usable. This was bought for business
expansion last year and it has cost me almost a year of extra work. They would not even repsond to a letter from an attorney.I am not able to sue, bevause they have cost me too much business already. I have tried newsstations. Nbc stated it is too small a matter and Abc stated because a lawyer has
written a letter they cannot get involved. What is there to do. Tried the Attorney General., said I should look for an attorney. Is there anyone with a similar experience or any ideas how this possibly could be resolved?

I've not run into a problem with grasshoppper per say, but I have run into other business's that feel their is nothing we can do about the way they leave us hanging out to dry.

I've found that tenacity and perserverance in the past has worked out well, along with the internet!

After all, I found your ad here while searching for a new grasshopper mower and took the time to read it.

Theirs another site you can list this complaint, it's called "Ripped off.com"
And I'm sure their's many more. I believe in being heard, so keep up the good work and let as many people know as you can.

I've never dealt with the grasshopper location you mentioned, but after hearing your experience, I won't be!
