I did complain- and submit it, as this is an unauthorized charge to my account, very deceptive, obvious trickery I have no doubt of my being victimized by this system with hidden charges either. Also and beyond this I have not received the initial product disk in the mail either- a complaint has been filed with the ftc- and the following is a small part of the confirmation and the date filed- as I did not receive any thing and did file the complaint originally quite some time ago 11/10/08 despite there charge to the account being 11/22/08 [ confirmation of registering the complaint with the ftc follows]
Complaint Submitted

[Thank you for contacting the FTC. Your complaint has been entered into Consumer Sentinel, a secure online database available to thousands of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide. Your reference number is: ] cut and pasted.
This is the confirmation sent to my e-mail by the ftc many days before these erroneous charges were assessed to my account I am going to close the account as I obviously have reason to believe the assessment will happen again.

$1.97 ok great for a cd. Now a $99 charge on my credit card, fighting the card company to clear this up, I will definitely watch what I do online more closely to avoid another mess like this. Grantmyoffer.com- thanks but no thanks!

Order a cd online in April 2017 fo $1.95. Just this past june this company has illegally withdrawn 98.16 from my debit account leaving it overdrawn. I have called the number posted with the withdrwal on several occassions, no one answers but there is always a lame voice recording saying all operators are busy to go to www.grantmyoffer.com for faster services. Please help me, I'm in no shape to give away any money! What legal procedures can I have done about this?

What the heck do you think your doing charging my account any thing? I am going into the bank tomorrow, more than likely calling your customer service hot line from there for the obvious reasons! I did not, will not, cannot believe you as a business can actual believe you could get away with this! I now have charges from the bank for the courtesy pay of your electronic acs withdrawals, $99 etc.Free it is not a service you provide with out any charge obviously.. I will and can take much more legal action- I expect and will receive immediate action in this issue. No reply from your entity will be considered non compliance to any request. You do not have a period of time to consider a response. No responses are also an answer to the query. SCAM ? I think there are several government entities that will find what ever action you do or do not take very interesting. [FTC, BBB ETC.]

just like all the other complaints, it's the same story. i paid the $1.95 cost for the cd and three weeks later i see a $99 charge to my account. attempting numerous time to contact the "customer service" # [protected]) was a waste of time. how, after all of these complaints can the government allow this company to continue these actions. we were all told there are no other costs we would be charged and now look at all the complaints posted. FRAUDULOUS is what this is.

I was charged for software that was supposed to be free, I was only to pay shipping. Then I was charged again ...both times I was charged $49.95. The company finally said they would reimburse me 1/2 of the amount. And promised that the account as closed and I would not receive anymore charges. This company needs some oversight in their practices and unauthorized charges. Who is handling that?

I was checking for a grant online and came across these people. I authorized for a $1.95 Cd. And got the free cd and decide that I wasn't interested. Now several months later I have received charges on my credit card by them and I did not authorize them to use my card. I have tried to call the phone number but only get a recording. I now am trying to get the charges off my credit card.

$1.88 for the DVD. Followed by the theft of $99.00 from my bank account 2 weeks later. 4 weeks later they stole $48.16. $48.16 again a month later. They stayed out of my account for 5 weeks then stole $7.71, followed by $48.16 3 days later. 2 more weeks passed before they took another $48.16. I have no account to log in to. On the "Need more help?" link, they say my last name is wrong. I can't get them on the phone. Anyone interested in a class action law suit should contact me at spankdaddy57@yahoo.com. In the mean time, you must report all of your bilked cards stolen and be issued new ones. Sorry gang, but that is all that can be done out of court. There's not a chance in hell of these thieves refunding your money without a lawyer. I've got one...

GrantMyOffer.com Deduction of 99.oo

I paid 1.97 for a disk on how to receive a grant. I did not know of any 99.00 charge or 49.95 monthly charge. When I saw the charge pending on my bank statement today I called and was told I would have to return the disk to receive a credit for the $99.00. I told her I had read that other people did not havae to return the disk and that I was handicapped and could not get out to the post office until tomorrow and since the charde was just pending couldn't just cancel it. The 99.00 was for my electric bill and even though I live in Florida I do need to turn on my heat, she said their was nothing she could do about it. I will return the disk but in the mean time I may not have any heat and it is unexpectedly cold in Fl this year.

People like this should be punished to the full extend of the law when it comes to internet fraud.

Also, I called back to tell them to cancel my account because I could not remember if I had not so on the first call and they had a
answering machine saying they were not taking any calls.

GrantMyOffer.com unauthorized charge

On September 17th, I agreed to buy the cd from Grantmyoffer.com at $1.95 about the differents possibilities to get grants for the government in order to help my business.
I was charged October 14th of an amount of $99.00.
After getting on the order sheet on internet, I read about these $99.00. I did not pay attention, It's my fault.
BUT...on my bank statement, I discover an other charge of $49.95 two weeks later.
For this charge I completely disagree. I did not find any information about this charge on their web site.
I tried six times to call and I stayed on line for an average of 45 minutes with a disk and no answer.
Now I cannot access anymore to the first order page of internet.
When I go to Grantmyoffer.com, I do not find any link about "terms and Conditions".

I was first $1.95 for a cd advertised as an aid to finding Government grants. I have no complaint with this charge,
however, since that charge they have charged my Discover
card with additional unauthorization. One on Oct.22, 2008
for $99.oo and one on Nov.6, 2008 for $49.95. Can anyone
help me with this problem? Thankyou. Sincerely,
Robert Britten

Like all the other stories, hidden charges and can't get anyone to answer the phone. They charged me twice, $99.00. I finally got an answer and got refunded one of the $99.00, now they give me a run around with the other charge. Always 14 days. Fourteen days have came and went, now I'm back to the busy phone signal. The bank is willing to refund overdraft charges IF they replace my money. I'm not a beleiver in sueing, but I think it's time for someone to sue GrantMyOffer.com. This is not right and they know it.

In searching my credit cards bills i found this company started debiting my card in september 1. 95 again in october $49. 95 and again in november for $49. 95.
I remember receiving a cd on grants but did not authorize them to debit my card for any additional funds. This is a rip off, and i am reporting it to my credit card company again. I haven't even watched the cd!

Order the CD for $1.95...a month later was charged $99.00. Called them on 3/28/09 to cancel membership and thought I had requested a refund. Never received it, two weeks later called again and was told the refund was never processed. Was told it would talk 10-14 business day to process. Three weeks later called back to see where my refund was. Again was told it wasn't done, they processed again. Called back on 5/11/09 and was told they would process the refund again. I still have not received a refund and now their phone is all always busy.

I to was charged 99.00 and another 48.00. It's unbelievable that companies can actually do things like this. You sign up for something that says free, all you have to do is pay shipping costs. $1.95. What a joke, and now my credit card company says that they wont reverse charges because they have proof that they sent me the cd disc. I don't understand it though, because I never saw anything on the website that said you would be charged 99.00 a one time fee and then 48.00 a month after that. I would have never bought it.

I paid for their Grant CD and I should have known better and then a couple weeks later they charged $99 to my Visa without my permission! They say nothing about more charges! I tried calling but just got put on hold. I am so pissed off and sick of all these scams on the internet! I hate this ###! They put my checking account in the hole and I can't afford charges like this. Stay away from grantmyoffer.com, they will rip you off!

I authorized, $1.95 to be taken out for 1 cd, bank account over drawn, checked and this company took out 98.00 which was not authorized. I can't afford this, I was recently laid off of work. I would like it to be redeposited immediately

If been charged twice on my checking Debit account for products or services I never authorized. I called the phone number that is listed, provided on my bank statement.. There is never any answer These charges have put my account in over drawn. one for 98.04 and another for 48.16 . This is absolutly incredible. How do I go about getting refunded for these charges? This has never happened to me and I'm at a loss. Thank you
