Grant Every Day Free CD / Unexceptable charge

I had a free trial Grant Every Day Free CD and the last day of the trial I made an effort to can, but in the order confirmation the company gave me the wrong contact phone numbers and e-mail address. I called with no answer. The next day I found out the phone number and e-mail through a business partner. The company charged me $58.61 because they said it was past the trial period. The next day the charge was off my bank account, then three days latter after I cancelled the charge was back on my account. How can a person cancel with the inproper contact information? They would not answer my calls and would not reply to my e-mail messages before my trial period was up.
