GranOptic / Areica Opticos / item not received/no communication

I purchased my sunglasses on 17/7/18, and I have still not received my order. I have emailed numerous times, and have not received any contact back. I have tried to use the online chat service, but this just times out and diverts to email. This company has got to be the worst I've come across, absolute no customer service...
Quick to take your money, then don't send and products, or answer emails...Think I've been scammed!!!
