GranOptic / Areica Opticos goods and refund not received.

I ordered as pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on 28/05/2018 paying £77.76. Having not received the order after 2 months I made contact via online chat and was told the supplier no longer supplies so I requested a refund. I have not yet received that refund.
My order number is #594758.

I have attempted numerous times to contact the company and left at least 10-15 E-mails with no response. The chat lines reverts to "all our staff are busy, please leave a message".
Having reviewed feedback websites about this company it is clear they are taking peoples money without providing a product and fail to provide any refund.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos item not received/no communication

I purchased my sunglasses on 17/7/18, and I have still not received my order. I have emailed numerous times, and have not received any contact back. I have tried to use the online chat service, but this just times out and diverts to email. This company has got to be the worst I've come across, absolute no customer service...
Quick to take your money, then don't send and products, or answer emails...Think I've been scammed!

GranOptic / Areica Opticos ray ban sunglasses

I ordered 2 pairs of ray bans on 31st july. And paid for them. You sent confirmation of order 2 days later.

Since then I have emailed you seven times - no reply.

What is going on? I think youre a bunch of thieves. I see on websites that other people have had my problem. If only i'd ordered from the proper ray ban website not from a bunch of crooks which you clearly are. If I don't hear within 24 hours i'm going to put this in legal hands.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos glasses haven’t arrived

I ordered a pair of Oakley frames for my son on 5th July from Granoptic I had ordered from their website which looks very professional
I received immediate response to order and order number money was taken. As below

I still have not received the glasses and after numerous emails asking what the status is of my order
No replies no glasses! I am going to take my complaint to card fraud team I am very disappointed by being scammed by this company

GranOptic / Areica Opticos 5 weeks and still no glasses or contact

I ordered glasses 5 weeks ago (order number 600771).
I've not been given a delivery date, I've not been able to contact anyone about the glasses, the phone number is automated and cuts off, and the online chat is ALWAYS busy. I've emailed at least 3 times. Where are my glasses, or a refund? This is absolutely awful service. I have paid £117 and have got nothing to show for it.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos no response to my email on sending wrong product

Ordered a pair of glasses on Jul 13 for size 53 16 140, however the pair I received is 51 16 140. Wrote an email within 48 hours to GranOptic (as suggested on their website) for a product refund since it will be too late to wait for them to send a correct pair to me.

However I still have not received any response so far, it as been over a week. And the "chat online" option does not work, there are no one there to answer your questions!

GranOptic / Areica Opticos refund

I ordered sunglasses on the 5th of July, it was supposed to arrive within the next few days - so on time for my Boyfriend birthday!
After 2 weeks though no sign of the sunglasses. As a result I asked for a refund and customer service told me they would do so. But now I have been chasing them every single day and did not get any refund. The 14 days policy is over. This website should be shut down. It's scandalous.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos product not received, no update on delivery date

Order placed on 9 July for one pair of glasses frames. Payment taken immediately. Confirmation email received immediately. However, since then, not one peep from GranOptic regarding a potential delivery date and no response to three emails (2 from the website, one directly to their Info email address). Chat online is unavailable, not even visible from their website. I suspect a scam.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos placed order on 28th may for sunglasses. payment taken in full and goods not received

I ordered a pair of RayBan Sunglasses RB3498 online from www.GranOptic .com on 28th May 2018 - Order Number 594805.

Payment of £105.00 was made using my debit card and has been debited from my bank account.

The delivery date was suggested as being up to 18 working days, however almost a month later I have not received the sunglasses. When I log on to their website the message reads as follows:-

The order status has remained the same since the 28th May when the order was placed.

I have e-mailed the company on 2 occasions chasing delivery and received no response. I have tried accessing the online chat option but had a message to say they were busy and would respond as soon as possible. Needless to say I have not had a response.
I have also tried phoning their telephone helpline number, but received a recorded message suggesting that I contact them online.

From reading online reviews from other customers of GranOptic, it is clear that my situation is a common appearance, which suggests to me that this may be an online scam. I regret not reading these reviews prior to placing the order.

I would still be happy to receive the sunglasses which I ordered, however I am becoming increasing convinced that they will not be delivered and as such I would like to receive a refund in full.

GranOptic / Areica Opticos online order to granoptica.com have not been deliver despite payment in full

Order number 587725
Prescription glasses ordered 24/4 18 not delivered so cancelled by online chat on the 28/5/18. Told I would receive a full refund in the next few days
Still waiting for refund of 118 euros on the 18/6/18
Tried online chat numerous times but they keep saying they are busy when you tell them what your enquiry is about
I have resolving this by telephone but after the initial answer phone welcome the line stops working
I would appreciate any help .. From looking at the reviews online it seems there are many others in the same position

GranOptic / Areica Opticos sun glasses

I purchased a pair of prada sunglasses on the 19/5/2018 cost €161.40 I have no contact with Granoptic tried numerous ways of contacting them to no reply I don't know what to do know my email is [protected]@gmail.com order number 592945.
I ordered this product on the 19 of may 2018 they said they would be delivered in 11 days it has been a lot longer than that now I have tried calling them left messages on there Facebook page and Facebook messages also tried emailing them through the complaints email and have had no answer they took the money straight away when call there customer service number it just cuts off and says email us I've also sent texts to there number in both English and Spanish still no answer please help as these we're bought for me as a birthday present and I cannot afford to loose this money

No response to emails, no reply to the online help and I am unable to get through on the phone - voicemail telling me to email or access on line help... neither of these have been successful. Where are my glasses ordered on 18/5/18?
I want a response and a refund! Do not buy from this company

My ref is 593282 ...Hi I'd like to put in a complaint about me not getting my refund .since the 21st of May I have sent numerous e-mails with a constant excuse..I've he is talking to them on the chat but as soon as I say where's my refund I get sorry were busy someone will get back to you to the effect no one has ..I lost my father 2 weeks ago and that's distressing as it is and now I have this deal with on top ...Could you please just get my refund back Thank you Phyllis

This company should not be trading and is scamming its customers.
I have the same problem with other customer complaints regarding my refund .
I ordered sunglasses, paid and waited four weeks for delivery. No delivery yet so u emailed about it it and got a replying saying manufacturer no longer making product. They didn't notify me about this earlier. I asked and am still waiting for my refund. No customer services contact me nor is there a contact number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I am very disappointed!

GranOptic / Areica Opticos ridiculous

I'm disappointed with them. They said my order will arrive within 2 weeks, but it's been 2... Months and there's no sign of my order.
Of course, I contacted their customer care, but they were absolutely useless. They only promise. I asked for a refund, they refused. Why? I have no idea. They really think that my order will arrive soon. Oh god, it's just a fairytale for me because they don't want to refund. What a shame! I want my money back!

They promissed me a refund mounth ago but i still haven gotten it.

Ordered Dior glasses in June then after 4 weeks of no glasses arriving i cancelled the order!
STILL waiting on a refund and its now October. Order ref 597217.
No response from emails or online chat.
This company is a total scam and should be stopped from stealing from people!

I ordered my Oakley sunglasses 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received a delivery or notification of delay.
Order reference was received relatively quickly on 21/07/2018
Calls go unanswered and there is no response to emails.

I ordered sunglasses on 16 July and received confirmation (order no. 604827). Since then I have received no communication at all, despite emailing customer services three time. The money has been debited from my card but I have not received the product. I would like either the glasses or a full refund.
