Granite reef company / Refund refusal
I sent a check certified mail to this company for a startup kit on 7/16/08. When I did not hear anything for a very long time or recieve my kit, I sent an email asking for a refund. On 10/2/08, I received an email telling me that my refund would be given and to expect to see it in 14-21 days. Of course I was wary of that since I sent my check and never received anything so I don't believe that they're an honest company. On 10/22/08 I sent another email asking where my refund was. No answer. On 10/24/08 I sent another email asking for an answer ASAP. Still nothing. I intend to file complaints with anyone that I can to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
